Pros:

Nada porque nos fuimos del hotel porque dijeron que si se reservava con Booking.com no teníamos derecho a nada , solo a la habitación

Cons:

Pros:

Close to activities and has a kitchen this is my fourth time at this property.

Cons:

I requested a pickup from airport and no one ever replied. Also the master bedroom bed was lopsided on one side ,so sleeping was not great I did not inform them of this as I figured what could they actually do about it?

Pros:

The location is great and the restaurant are amazing.

Cons:

The door in our room did not lock all the way. The staff did not do much to fix the problem, they finally gave us another room, and in that room we found bed bugs and cockroaches. This place is going down hill!

Comfortable and quiet
Pros:

I been staying at Clarion for years. Cant wait for my next trip. Will not change it because the place is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is awesome and the price is good.

Quizàs las habitaciones puedan ser mas confortables y sobre todo con mucho mejor internet. Mi viaje fue de trabajo y la ubicaciòn es buena.

We enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious with a full kitchen and living room. Nice balcony. The pools with the waterfalls were beautiful.
