We enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious with a full kitchen and living room. Nice balcony. The pools with the waterfalls were beautiful.

Cons:

Not very conveniently, located to any restaurants.

Appartement très spacieux. Lit confortable. Piscine agréable. Navette gratuite pour Big French Key. Personnel attentif.

Cons:

Pas possible d'utiliser la terrasse qui donne sur la route principale de Roatan

Hotel as advertised but not restaurants.
Pros:

The hotel is a good value and that was what i needed for a short stay. It was clean, and noise level was quiet. The hotel pick-up is great and the driver David, was extremely polite and pleasant. Front desk was very helpful. Restaurants are offering mostly fastfood, very average. The breakfast staff did not appear to like their jobs. Hard to get coffee.
The only complaint i had was an ill advised recommendation to grab a cab at street level vs one that would come to the hotel. The desk staffer was thinking they would save me money and i didn't really think it would be an issue. The cab driver tried to drop me off down the road and charge a crazy amount (i already knew what it was supposed to cost from the hotel). If was a dangerous situation.

Pros:

There are many nice pools to relax and the whole property is safe and very well kept. The shuttle services were a great plus. I recommend!

Cons:

If you plan on spending a couple of days, it seems best to have a car cause there is no quick access to local restaurants/ beach nearby.

Will stay here again. My go to in Roatan.
Pros:

This is my second year staying here. Rates can not be beat for the room size you reserve. I stayed for 2 weeks and paid half of what I would have anywhere else. I stayed in a one bedroom villa. Had a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a washer and dryer. The only downside in my opinion was that I would have liked the kitchen to have more utensils, cooking silverware, pots, pans. There was very little (and we cooked in the room) What was supplied was lacking. That's pretty minor as we did have a great visit. Housekeeping was excellent.

Las instalaciones por fuera muy bonitas

No eran puntuales al momento de recogernos en Ferri, ni en la isla, la atención no era cordial, el servicio de limpieza solo acomodaba las mismas sábanas no limpiaba, no dejaban insumos de higiene personal, se quedaban sin agua en la habitación, no ofrecían servicios de transporte ni tours solo la estadía, no eran puntuales
