The receptionist who's name was Mary was unbelievably helpful. She came with me and helped me get my HGV truck from the location it was at into the parking area because I was unsure of the correct route to take. She had even finished her shift. As I said at the time, 'a little diamond '

WIFI was good, great room and spacious, very calm area.

This hotel is convenient if you have a flight out of Vknovo airport and offers a shuttle to the airport at a low price. However, it is in a rather isolated location hidden in a mostly empty business park that is challenging to find and doesn't offer much in the way of options for dinner, etc. if you don't have a car. The address shows up as a spot in the middle of the highway, so if you are using GPS you will need to turn into the business park and drive around to find the proper block (our Uber driver was completely lost and frustrated). The rooms are spacious but sparse, with exposed light bulbs. The lift to our 5th floor room was broken when we arrived, and there was a dirty mattress just lying in the hallway. But the room itself was clean. This is what I would expect based on the low price we paid.

My husband & I stayed for 3 weeks. I booked 2 other rooms for friends who arrived for the last 3 days of our stay. We all appreciated the friendliness of the staff.
The staff at the Inside Hotel are very accommodating. There was always someone on duty that spoke English. The refrigerator in the room did not work and it was replaced within an hour.
The hotel restaurant left a lot to be desired. Food was o.k. The current menu was not in English and none of the wait staff spoke English. However, there is a KFC, Burger King & Subway within easy walking distance. There is a new metro in the immediate area which made getting around a lot easier.

Удобный отель для остановки на ночь перед вылетом из аэропорта Внуково. Трансфер до отеля заказали в аэропорту Внуково. Машину прислали из отеля.Трансфер платный.Ехать до отеля минут 15-20. Номер был на седьмом этаже угловой. Номер маленький,чистый. За окном шумно т.к. окна по всей стене. На улице был шум машин, то гоняли, то дрифтом занимались. В номере воняло табачным дымом, а номер для не курящих. Отсутствовали гель для душа и шампунь, освежитель воздуха, тапочки.

Отель хороший, приятный, но из номера на ресепшн не дозвониться. В номере чисто и комфортно (был бизнес номер). Но в душе неудобная занавеска и после принятия душа много воды вытекло на пол.
В остальном номер хорош

This hotel filled a need - I needed a place for a night in between flying in from St. Petersburg and flying back to the US from Moscow. The room was okay, a couple of things broken like the light covers, but clean. Not all the staff speaks English--fine for me as I speak Russian but be aware. Food offerings okay. It was fine for the price, and the airport shuttle service was pretty good. If you need a place near Vnukovo airport for a brief period, this is convenient and inexpensive. Wouldn't make much sense to stay there much longer.

Inside Hotel was a good stay. I stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed it. They actually let me stay in a more business type suite even though I had booked for a cheaper room which was very nice of them. The staff is great, a lot of them speak some English which helped me as I'm not yet fully fluent in Russian. The buses here at Ryumantsevo there are free which was great, but just be careful as they stop running at about 10 PM so if you're out past then you'll have to walk, but it's not too far. My only real complaint about the place is that it's a little pricey considering how far away from downtown Moscow it is. It's actually so far out of the way that it's not technically in Moscow, but close enough that you can get there by buses, but still the price is about the same if not more than a hotel downtown in Moscow. However this may be remedied soon because they are building a metro stop right by this hotel so that will make it much more convenient. It's just not done yet

The air-conditioner in my room did not work well... English speaking staff were very helpful but there are some who did not understand English. So if you cannot speak Russian at all, other international hotels might be better though they cost more.

Terrible experience, the hotel is inside a strange mixed use building that is not the easiest to find - on the sixth floor. They have air conditioner units that cool the room, but unfortunately make an unusually loud noise every 5-10 minutes making it impossible to sleep.

Останавливались с ночевкой в отеле между вылетами из Домодедово и Внуково. В плане расположения относительно аэропорта Внуково отель удобен - 15 минут до Внуково на платном трансфере. И всё чудесно, если вас разместят в корпусе Е (идёте до самого конца через все корпуса бизнес-центра Румянцево безнадёжно спрашивая прохожих, куда собственно идти, пока не увидите вывиску "ОТЕЛЬ"). Но если вас разместят в корпусе Г, ждите приключений. Причем не понятно, когда в какой корпус размещают. Останавливались 2 раза, заказывали один и тот же номер он-лайн по одной и той же картинке. В итоге оба раза разместили в совершенно разных номерах и корпусах. Так вот о корпусе "Г". Не ищите его там, где увидите вывиску "Inside Hotel 3*" (11 подъезд), его там нет! и более того, вряд ли в находящемся там ресторане кто-то вообще знает о существовании такого отеля. Сам отель находится в подъезде 13. Но это ещё не всё.. Вам надо пройти через охранника, подняться на 6 этаж, повернуть налево и только тогда, перед вами откроется дверь Inside отеля, где девушка со взглядом "Ещё одни приехали..." выдаст вам ключ (конечно, при наличии чистых наволочек в номере). Забудьте о Wi-Fi, его либо нет, либо просто никто не знает пароль. Ах, да... бесплатный трансфер! Трансфер - это просто бесплатный автобус, который доставляет покупателей до бизнес-центра Румянцево для покупок... И ещё.. если вы заказываете номер на ночь, то советую вам въезжать в день заезда, до 00.00, дабы избежать проблем. Приятного отдыха! :)

Мой номер находился на шестом этаже подъезда 13 корпуса "Г" - найти без подсказки невозможно. Внутри все очень прилично, огорчили только картонные стены - слышно как храпят соседи. Добраться утром в Москву нереально - огромные пробки. От остановки автобуса в Москву до отеля нужно идти около километра по грязной дороге, остановка из Москвы почти рядом.

В отеле все замечательно, единственное огорчило отсутствие тапочек, шампуня.

Rooms are ok, very small though and not very clean. Service at the front desk was horrible. Asked them to wake me up and nobody called, almost missed my flight. Asked them to schedule a taxi and they did not. The room was extremely cold and the heater was not working properly. I travel a lot and this one was the worst service ever. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
