Central location. Spacious rooms (we booked 1rm apt)
Some of the facilities did not work. The washing machine was overheating, we used it only once
Close to many eateries and the grand view mall. The rooms and facilities are great too

The room was fantastic with lots of space n an amazing city view. Quality towels n linen and very clean. Delicious buffet spread with lots of choices n the room was amazing too. Location was excellent n especially close to Grandview shopping centre. Special shout out to Gordon in Reception n Micheal in the restaurant for being so helpful.
Nothing to mention tho a bit of milk for the coffee would have been nice.
The effort they make for you is first class.
The English is sometimes poor for this kind of hotel. But still, they try there best.

Toilet bowl is with black stain room 2507 before we checked in. The bedroom does not have a frying pan. The room is infested with mosquitoes. The shower screen plastic came out. The wall are too thin, can hear next door neighbour coughing or door bell. The sofa bed spring coil is making noise and the mattress is too thin.
Location is reasonably close to Tianhe malls.
