The hotel has a great location, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
On the second day of my stay, I was surprised to find a notice informing me that maintenance work would be carried out on the floor above my room from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The noise made it impossible to sleep after 9:00 AM.
I believe guests should be informed about such work at check-in. If I had been informed, I would have requested to change my room.
Another serious issue was the presence of cockroaches and other insects inside the room, which is unacceptable and raises concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel.
Overall, the location is excellent, but the maintenance noise and insect problem significantly affected my stay.

Location near MRT station
The property is good except the shower water temperature is a bit inconsistent. Secondly on the night before departure the next morning has asked the bellman to arrange a taxi to airport but was not done. Fortunately this was promptly arranged by the morning bellman so no delay was encountered.

My room was a Deluxe Studio; the size was average. The bathroom was very small and outdated, the furniture was old, the carpet and coach were dirty, and the color scheme was gloomy.

Had a terrific week-long stay at this hotel. Terrific location, great rooms and a decent breakfast. The staff are what really made our stay memorable.. Gordon on the front desk and Michael in the restaurant are outstanding hosts.
