A very comfortable serviced apartment with all the appliances you could want including a dishwasher and steam shower room, washing machine tumbler dryer. Had a great night's sleep on king-size bed. The view from the apartment at night was a great light show of the Guangzhou CBD. There were many facilities on site, restaurants, bars, heated swimming pool. It is located in the heart of the business direct with easy access to some of the best shopping Malls and restaurants in the city. Would definitely stay again.

L’emplacement est au top. On ne peut pas faire mieux pour être au cœur de Guangzhou. L’hôtel est propre, plutôt design et le personnel agréable.
Pour aller à la piscine il faut OBLIGATOIREMENT un bonnet de bain, il serait bien qu’il soit inclus dans le prix de réservation dépassant 3-4 jours car coûteux à l’hôtel quand vous êtes en famille. Le petit déjeuner manque un peu de variété mais on arrivait à pouvoir manger correctement.
Spacious room with good toiletries provided. The staff are all very helpful and polite. The front desk lady was attentive and provided assistance patiently. The room cleaning lady was really kind to ensure that all the toiletries are replenished every day. I requested for more bottled water and she supplied additional bottled water for us every day.
Not a big issue, but the bed is slightly too soft. But i suppose it’s just a personal preference.

Everything is very good at oakwood! Service tip top!
Especially i would like to commend great service from lobby side,staffs like Dick,Don,Edwin and Steven they are really very good and tip top service.. For front desk i like to commend staffs like Effie, Miki, Danielle and Gordon are really at their tip top services. Roomservices who has service 21st floor staffs are super good and responsible during my stay. Lastly not forgetting the Director of sales, Kenny, who is a super nice ,friendly person who also care about the services that provided from hotel is it up to our expectations with his constant check. I will definitely come back again to stay. Hopefully the pricing will be still reasonable in the near future. We would like to extend our thanks to the housekeeping aunty who managed to find back our boy's beloved owl. Location is great, many food and malls within walking distance. Didi is affordable even to Parc Central which is just a stone throw away. Breakfast is good and nice quiet ambience when no big groups. Good location for family with kids.

Stayed in a one bed apartment which was really spacious. Very clean for the most part and comfortable. Bathroom facilities great, including steam shower. Good location and generally nice setting.
I think the previous guests had left dirty dishes in the dishwasher and it hadn’t been turned on. Breakfast wasn’t the best.
