Great location, Clean room.
Pros:

The location is good, near to shopping malls and eateries, very convenient.
The room is clean.
There was a commotion in the next room, I could hear them squabbling at night.
I informed the staff and they quickly attended to our request.

Cons:

The swimming pool is not ready yet. This was not made known to me during the booking.
The breakfast selection could be improved.
The microwave in my room was a little faulty, the display panel not working properly.

An extraordinary experience located in the heart of the city value for money cannot be beaten better than other five sta

The property was brilliantly located. The staff were excellent and the facilities wonderful.

We were there for a short time compared to other residences in the building and they all made us feel like it was a home away from home.

We had fabulous restaurants and sightseeing landmarks and shopping malls within a short walking distance of the hotel and the skyline at night was extraordinary.

We could not highly recommend this a hotel for someone who would like essentially located clean welcoming place to stay with a very good breakfast serving a multitude of choices.

We are definitely staying again and have made another booking

Расположение и вид из окна - просто супер
Pros:

Мне понравилось все: чисто, несколько раз спрашивали надо ли убраться и провести дополнительную обработку от насекомых, отличное расположение и отзывчивый персонал с хорошим английским . Удобная кровать! Классный номер , я бы вернулась с большим удовольствием .

Cons:

На мой взгляд, завтрак не стоил своих денег, но в целом там был хороший выбор и отличный вид из ресторана.

I enjoyed my stay at Oakwood. This is the third time I am staying at Oakwood when I visit GZ.
Pros:

The staffs were all very courteous. Location is excellent. The room is tidy and clean. The bed is comfortable though I find the pillow too soft for my liking.

The pillow is too soft for me.

Nice place for a serviced apartment, will stay again.
Pros:

Location was good a lot of eatery within mins of walking. Room was big enough with sofa, kitchen space was good too.
Those concierge guys at level 1 was very helpful and friendly thanks with the luggages.

Cons:

Female staff at the front desk was unfriendly when ask why my room key not working after few nights she replied very unwillingly and unwelcoming. It's not my issue why the room keys are not working. Especially both keys not working that is the only unpleasant event.

Fabulous
Pros:

Everything went very smoothly, from checking in to out. The staffs are all very friendly and rooms are very cozy and spacious. We stayed on the 20th floor and the view was wonderful.

Cons:

The Wifi was practically non-existence but luckily we were prepared with our own e-sim. We stayed for 4 nights and each day the breakfast was almost the same but the service was excellent so not complaining.
