Great property, good location and friendly staff :)
Pros:

The service apartments are functioning well owing to a good size, great kitchen, and overall amenities - washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
It is located in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city - has good coffee shops and bars around.
The staff is friendly and prompt to help.

Cons:

It showed spa is there - but it was closed. A prior notification on it would be good.

Pros:

Conveniently situated in the Tianhe area, this property offers impeccably clean and comfortable rooms ideal for our family of four, with daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled spring water. The inclusion of a washing machine is a great bonus for longer stays.

Close to shopping centre.
Pros:

The hotel is 15 minute walk on uneven foot path from metro station. And only one stop by metro from Guangzhou East Train station which run high speed train to Hong Kong. It is one of the taller building in the area with the "Oakwood" logo on it. Therefore you will never get loss while walking around different shopping malls nearby.

Cons:

The free parking doesn't work and the staff are not very helpful in this. My driver got charged every time, despite repeated complaints at the reception. It is not far from the Guangzhou Dong train station but outside walkable distance. If you try to catch a cab, it will be embarrassing.

Convenient car pull in area for Didi and taxi, note not all hotels do.
Courteous and friendly staff at floor one and at lobby on level 15. Some speaks English, Cantonese, mandarin. Room spacious. Felt like a home. Clean. Daily cleaning. Walk out to many shops and the malls are very close by.
