Skvělé místo a úžasná snídaně
Pros:

Nádherný rodinný apartmán se dvěma ložnicemi a koupelnami.
Personál milý ochotný a nápomocený.
Luxusní snídaně se širokým výběrem od livanců, vajíček až po grilovanou i čerstvou zeleninu a ovoce. A také chutný grepovy juice!
Skvělá lokalita.

Cons:

Postele hodně vrzaly a tak v noci víte kdo a kdy se obrací.
Doporučili bychom rozšíření lektro. zásuvek pro nabíječky a také lepší osvetlení pokojů vč umístění vypínače (za posteli?proč).

Nice hotel with a great location and nice breakfast
Pros:

The location is great, walking distance to the downtown, few minutes from the old Jewish quarter, the room is spacious, very comfy bed , the amenities in the bathroom are okay, there is a safe and minibar. The breakfast was also good and good selection. Nice staff. There is a sauna and gym in the hotel but we didn't use it.

Cons:

the bathroom door would not close properly, the window was so high we could hardly see anything from the street, the parking was the biggest issue, we didn't know we had to book it in advance, so we came and there were no parking spaces available for that day so we had to park on the street (3 times the price comparing to the hotel parking). This info is mentioned on the booking but its somewhere down on the page, I would recommend to the hotel to be more customer oriented and send a msg to the client with this info bcs most of the people don't read all the details on the web site.

Pros:

The service was superb, and the hotel had everything you could wish for. Very organised with the luggage storing for before and after check in.

Cons:

The glass bathroom wall/ door, which opened to the room ( instead of a sliding door), and because of the room's size, it was always in a way causing hazard.

The tv was put in way too high. It was very uncomfortable to watch it.

Idealna lokalizacja, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji Krakowa. Parking na terenie hotelu. Smaczne śniadania, wygodne łóżko i duży pokój. Kącik dla dzieci.

Пані з рецепції дуже мила, добра та усміхнена жінка 🥰

У номері було дуже чисто 😌

Cons:

Єдиний мінус цього помешкання це ліжко! Ліжко було жахливе, відчуття було, що спиш на камені від подушок вранці дуже боліла шия. Не дивлячись на те що я була страшенно не виспана, я довго не могла заснути 🥲
