Magnifica ubicación, a un paso del centro y un paseo corto del barrio judio.
Personal extremadamente amable. Gran experiencia en el checking.
Habitaciones amplias, con muchos detalles.
Desayuno abundante.

Bellissima mini-vacanza a Cracovia
Pros:

La posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, la grandezza della stanza, la doccia, il letto comodo, la pulizia in quanto ogni giorno passavano a sistemare la camera, la temperatura della stanza molto calda e la colazione buona e varia. Presente inoltre un dispenser di acqua in reception.

Cons:

La moquette in camera, mancava un gancio in bagno e i cuscini molto bassi.

Pros:

Booked for hubby's 60th birthday & wedding anniversary, check in was quick, we was allocated room 2.8 . Room was clean, there was balloons & happy birthday laminated card on the bed . Room was small , but its a base for quick shower, chill for a hour before going out for night time .comfy bed, shower was amazing. Only downfall not enough coat hangers we had breakfast was ok , it filled you up for a few hours pigs in blankets, was nice , chocolate mousse cake was beautiful only had it 1st day other days it was carrot cake 1st night we walked to square it took 25 mins turning right at planty park , only by chance we got lost & found quick way to square 5 mins , turn right out of hotel cross road kid's park on right hand side turn left pass pod wawelen on left then turn right wawel castle is on your left walk straight & you come to the square oyster bar/processo bar / senaki hotel on left , churches on the right just keep walking, try & remember what's on the corner of the street friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Η καθαριότητα ήταν μέτρια και ξεχνούσαν να μας αλλάξουν τις πετσέτες, δε μας καθάριζαν καλά το μπάνιο κτλ.

Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione è centrale e comoda per raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni principali. La struttura in generale molto bella.

Cons:

Gli arredi delle camere sono essenziali e poco coerenti con lo stile della struttura. La pulizia lascia a desiderare: tende sporche con diverse macchie in aggiunta a testiera del letto e moquette che in generale non assicurano la massima igiene. Il bagno inoltre un giorno del soggiorno non è stato pulito. Il materasso del letto è stato il più scomodo mai provato con mal di schiena al mattino assicurato
