スタッフの方が親切な感じ
Pros:

朝食がメニューも豊富で、眺めもリバービューで快適でした。
12時チェックアウトなので、ゆっくり過ごせた。

Pros:

The location overwhelming Murasaki River is beautiful. The staff were friendly and Ms Akane Furumi was really helpful. The fact that she spoke English was a godsend to us non-Japanese speaking tourists.

Cons:

Private carparking entrance was a bit obscured, so drive slowly to look out for it.

フロントやフロアスタッフが親切だった。

Cons:

使い捨てスリッパが付いてなかった。だれが履いたか分からない革のスリッパは気持ち悪かった。ベッドが古くてへたっていた。布団カバーも古そうで、清潔なのか分からず、気持ち悪かった。

Pros:

１人で２泊お世話になりました。
新幹線で２４時少し前に小倉駅に到着。雨が降っていたこともあり、タクシーで向かい、ワンメーターで到着。タクシーもエントランスギリギリまでつけて頂けました。
２４時前でしたが、フロントに２名で待って頂いており、笑顔で迎えて頂きました。
お部屋はダブルベットで広めでした。窓際にテーブル椅子もあり、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。

アメニティもしっかり揃っており、部屋着もありました。
２日目にお部屋のお掃除はしないようにして、出かけ、夜戻ると、部屋のドアノブに部屋着、タオル一式、お風呂マットを袋に入れて掛けて下さってました。ありがとうございました。
「さすか！日本！」と嬉しくなりました！

建物は多少古さはありますが、心温まる気持ちにして頂きました。
