Ensiluokkaista palvelua, siisti, rauhallinen hotelli, omassa rauhassa.
Pros:

Huone oli siisti, ei kulunut. Ilmastointi toimi kuumalla. Palvelu oli ensiluokkaista. Aamupala hyvä, vaihtuva. Illallinen myös erittäin hyvä.

Cons:

Altaan aurinkotuolit varattiin vaikka huoneessa oli lappu, joka kielsi sen. Olisi hyvä laittaa erikseen vielä kyltit allasalueelle asiasta.

Fantastic stay at Zeus. Pity about other guest’s behaviour.
Pros:

The room we got was great - quiet and spacious. The staff there are amazing, friendly, and try to ensure your comfort while staying there is their main priority.

Cons:

How other guests put their towels on the sun loungers to ensure they got one. Same people always had a lounger. Then went away for a couple of hours. There should be some policy where this is not allowed. Due to some people starting this selfish action. It then set a bad example to new comers.

Pros:

Nagyon kellemes hetet töltöttünk a Zeus-ban, csak jó dolgokat tudok mondani. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, autó/ hajóbérlésben is segítettek, nagyon jó áron. A reggeli bőséges, nagy választékkal. A tisztaság első osztályú. A medencék tökéletesek. Csak ajánlani tudom, ha egy nyugodt, gyerekzsivaly nélküli helyre vágytok!

Everywhere was so clean and the staff were so lovely and helpful with any questions asked. Breakfast was plentiful and so much choice, my daughter loved the pancakes!!!

Cons:

There wasn’t enough sunbeds for everyone but that didn’t really bother us because we went to the beach most days. Towels were put on beds even though the policy is not to.

Pros:

We had a great stay. The location is excellent, with a bus stop just down the street that makes getting into the center of Chania very easy. Supermarket is close, 24/7 store around the corner and great restaurants

The pool area was one of our favorite parts, it has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere and is a great place to unwind. We also appreciated the breakfast experience; it wasn’t rushed, and the staff didn’t immediately clear everything away the second breakfast ended, which made mornings feel much more relaxed.

The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always greeting us when we left and returned. Their kindness really added to the overall experience.

Pros:

Booked the lovely suite with private pool, and had a reserved cabana bed by main pool too. Breakfast was amazing. Staff really friendly and helpful. Location great for shops and restaurants. Daily cleaning service excellent.

Pros:

This is a stunning resort. Danae in reception was lovely & very accommodating. Our room was a suite with a jacuzzi. Spacious & comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very enjoyable with lots of old & hot varieties. Eggs are cooked to order & are plentiful.
The resort is a fair distance from Chania centre but its approximately a 2 euro bus ride into town which takes 10-15 minutes. However, there are a few restaurants within walking distance of the resort.

The machine coffee at breakfast.
