Pros:

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful hotel in Crete. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, and our room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The pool area was also stunning and made our stay even more special.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete, and we would definitely love to come back!

Lekker luxe, maar wel prijzig voor wat je krijgt.
Pros:

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en geven je duidelijk het gevoel van een luxe accommodatie. De kamers zijn netjes en in redelijke staat. De airco werkte goed genoeg. Locatie is ook prima en je kunt makkelijk in de straat parkeren. Wij hadden de suite met jacuzzi en het balkon was heerlijk privé. Het ontbijt is ook goed geregeld.

Cons:

Wat ons het meeste tegenviel is dat overal gerookt werd. De openbare ruimte was voor ons vrijwel onbruikbaar op bepaalde momenten. De luxe/speciale ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn leuk, maar worden altijd door de zelfde mensen voor vrijwel de hele dag gereserveerd. Het hotel doet hier verder helemaal niks aan. De kamer gaat ook volledig van de stroom als je weggaat, dus wanneer je lang weg bent geweest duurt het wel even voordat de kamer weer afgekoeld is door de airco. Onze douche was vrij waardeloos. Door de inrichting wordt de gehele badkamer nat wanneer je gedoucht hebt en dan met name het gebied rond de WC wat ronduit irritant is.

Ontbijt is van 8 tot 10, wat niet erg lang is. Paar keer moeten missen omdat sommige uitstapjes al om 8-8:30 vertrekken.

Het internet in de accommodatie is waardeloos. Omdat we boven de receptie verbleven hadden we op een paar plekken redelijke wifi. Voor meer dan 250 euro per nacht verwacht je tegenwoordig wel goed werkende wifi in de kamers. Wat het extra vervelend maakte is dat 5G bereik op deze plek ook slecht was.

Voor de kwaliteit van de kamers vond ik de prijs wat aan de hoge kant.

Pros:

Tout d'abord l'établissement à proximité de tout mais au calme. Puis l'hôtel en lui même ; une piscine extra, une équipe aux petits soins (mention spéciale pour Kanstantinos au top), des chambres confortables et bien équipées.

Cons:

L'absence de volet aux différentes portes et fenêtres de la chambre 214 et donc une chambre hyper éclairée dès le lever du soleil.

Cons:

La mancanza della flessibilità dell'orario della colazione. Abbiamo chiesto di anticipare di mezz'ora l'orario, alle 7.30, per poter andare a prendere un traghetto, ma ci è stato detto che non era possibile. Ci hanno dato un sacchetto con alcuni alimenti che non abbiamo gradito. Inoltre non è possibile vedere canali italiani.

Outdoors is fantastic, in-room not so much
Pros:

The staff was warm and welcoming.
The place looks really nice, the pool is amazing. Breakfast is great.
Nice balcony.
Very close to the beach.

Cons:

Wanted to get away from augusts' families hotels, but turned out to be in an almost seniors only hotel.
Bed was not comfortable.
Internet inside the room was almost non existent. Had to go to the balcony to have a decent connection.
No electricity outlets in the living room where the sofa bed is (had to use an extending cord plugged from the bathroom) .
No iron.
Shower tub was inconveniently awkward.
Took 7 euros in order to rent a beach towel.

All in all, there is quite a lot of dissonance between the outdoors where you can see the amount of investment in, and between the rooms for this price range.

- Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal
- Mycket bra frukostbuffé
- Mysigt rum
- Bra läge, nära till stranden, busshållplats, butiker och restauranger

Cons:

Det enda som störde oss var att det var skyltat att man inte får reservera solstolarna vid poolen, dock var alla tagna av handdukar tidigt varje morgon utan att de användes av någon gäst för än senare på dagen. Hade varit trevligt ifall personalen hade kunnat frigöra solstolar som inte aktivt användes

Ensiluokkaista palvelua, siisti, rauhallinen hotelli, omassa rauhassa.
Pros:

Huone oli siisti, ei kulunut. Ilmastointi toimi kuumalla. Palvelu oli ensiluokkaista. Aamupala hyvä, vaihtuva. Illallinen myös erittäin hyvä.

Cons:

Altaan aurinkotuolit varattiin vaikka huoneessa oli lappu, joka kielsi sen. Olisi hyvä laittaa erikseen vielä kyltit allasalueelle asiasta.

Fantastic stay at Zeus. Pity about other guest’s behaviour.
Pros:

The room we got was great - quiet and spacious. The staff there are amazing, friendly, and try to ensure your comfort while staying there is their main priority.

Cons:

How other guests put their towels on the sun loungers to ensure they got one. Same people always had a lounger. Then went away for a couple of hours. There should be some policy where this is not allowed. Due to some people starting this selfish action. It then set a bad example to new comers.

Rendkívül nyugodt, kedves személyzet, nagyon megéri.
Pros:

Nagyon kellemes hetet töltöttünk a Zeus-ban, csak jó dolgokat tudok mondani. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, autó/ hajóbérlésben is segítettek, nagyon jó áron. A reggeli bőséges, nagy választékkal. A tisztaság első osztályú. A medencék tökéletesek. Csak ajánlani tudom, ha egy nyugodt, gyerekzsivaly nélküli helyre vágytok!
