Muy muy buen hotel
Pros:

La situación excelente, al lado del puente Carlos y de la calle principal.
La habitación enorme y la cama perfecta, súper cómoda, con sabanas suaves de algodón 100%.
Desayuno excelente, con mucha variedad, buen café, bollería casera, todos los días cambiaba algo, y un servicio de camareras rápido.
Todo muy limpio.
El chico de recepción amable.
El hotel es precioso, es un verdad de palacio.

Top notch in service and food.
Pros:

The breakfast was the absolute best in terms of breath, presentation, quality of food, and service. Unbeatable. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they were very accommodating. Outstanding service.

Cons:

Our room was lovely but somewhat smaller than we expected, given the spaciousness of the building.

Beautiful room close to everything.
Pros:

We had a beautifully furnished, large room which looked out over the square. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and available at all times. It was close to everything and had so,e fabulous restaurants nearby.

Great choice if you want to stay in the heart of old town Prague
