Pros:

La zona es excelente, tranquila y segura. El desayuno es muy adecuado aunque el margen de la bollería es mejorable. El personal es extremadamente amable. Hay multitud de restaurantes y transportes a dos pasos del hotel

Cons:

El desayuno es mejorable, las almohadas de la cama también, los canales de la televisión son pocos y en algunos casos mal sintonizados. Al no tener cafetería esa dificulta cierta comodidad para las cenas o poder tomar algo tranquilamente en el hotel

This was probably the most elegant hotel at which I've ever stayed.
Pros:

An elegant hotel right in the center of the Old Town, just steps away from the Charles Bridge. My room was spacious with a view of the courtyard. My bed was extraordinarily comfortable. The hotel is very close to public transportation with trams about 100 meters away, making it easy to navigate throughout the city, even though one could easily walk to most places in the beautiful city of Prague. Breakfast had great variety, including gluten-free options.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. This was probably the most beautiful hotel at which I've ever stayed.

Pros:

l'hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica, accanto al Ponte Carlo, quindi pieno centro, la camera super spaziosa, lussuosa e pulita, la colazione era abbondante e compresa nel prezzo

Cons:

purtroppo nei giorni in cui abbiamo pernottato, gli ascensori (2) si rompevano di continuo ..ed eravamo al terzo piano,
per salire dovevamo fare un'enorme scala a chiocciola antica..

Gli unici aspetti positivi di questo albergo, a nostro avviso, sono la posizione e la colazione.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo, in serata, entrambi gli ascensori erano fuori uso a causa di un precedente forte temporale. Le nostre stanze erano al 4' piano e ci è stato suggerito di lasciare le valigie nel deposito e portare su solo il necessario per la notte. Abbiamo segnalato che alcuni di noi avevano problemi di deambulazione e una disabilità e ci è stato detto che non avevano altre camere. Non ci è stato offerto un supporto per portare le valigie al piano perché il signore alla reception ha dichiarato di essere da solo.
Abbiamo dovuto portare le valigie a piedi per 4 piani per delle scale un po' anguste.
In una delle camere l'aria condizionata non funzionava e trattandosi di un sotto-tetto la stanza era molto calda.
Solo dopo alcune nostre rimostranze, il consierge si è adoperato per chiamare il servizio di assistenza degli ascensori e almeno uno dei due è stato riattivato dopo qualche ora.
La sala della colazione è sicuramente sottodimensionata rispetto all'utenza dell'hotel.
In definitiva, l'hotel non sembra all'altezza delle sue 4 stelle e del relativo prezzo.

Pros:

Zu erst natürlich die tolle Lage. Über die Straße zur Karls-Brücke. Toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich, da sollter jeder etwas finden. Am Anreisetag gab es einen Gutschein für 2 Freigetränke in einem guten Lokal in der Nähe.
Info für Anreise mit dem Auto. Es gibt direkt am Hotel nur Kurzzeitparkplätze zum einchecken. Das Auto wird dann vom Personal in einer Tiefgarage in der Nähe geparkt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war irgendwie etwas "unkuschelig". Das liegt an der sehr hellen Beleuchtung, selbst wenn nur die Strahler angeschaltet sind.
