Fabulous.
Pros:

This is our second stay and did not disappoint. The property is beautiful, room spacious and exceptionally clean. All staff amazing, welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Great breakfast with lots to choose from. Location fantastic for all city sights. Cannot fault, highly recommend

No way 4 star Hotel for us

Cons:

Don't get fooled, maximum is 3 star for this establishment.
We had a so called executive suite on the 4th floor. No view, as it's under roof. Bicycles get charged 5 euro per bike and night, not even a locked room.
Shower gel did not get refilled, floor did not seemed vacumed after our first night.
Air condition is very helpless, had additional an electric fan, which hasn't been cleaned at any time, a cheap loud thing.
Rainbow shower head dirty and not working.
Also the fan in the downstairs bathroom was very noisy and didn't sound healthy, only annoying. The telephone did not work, as well as the lamp on the desk.
Downstairs TV was showing message Signal loss, does never ever someone check on certain things.
The proposed high speed Internet in the description, seemed that fast, as it was not in our room available anymore.
The automatic button for the shades had to be pushed several times for opening, closing.
Very disappointing stay for us.
Closure in the sink didn't work either.
Cosmetical mirror to high up on the wall, a very modern mirror which didn't fit the style of the interior

Pros:

We spent a night at the Charles Bridge Hotel in Prague and really liked the atmosphere and comfort it offers.

Ivan at the reception was incredibly friendly and hospitable. Special thanks to him for resolving all our issues so calmly. The room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast was both varied and rich.

The location could not be better — we will gladly return to this hotel again

Sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Straßenbahnen und U-Bahnen. Die Lage ist trotzdem ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber

Cons:

Man muss das Zimmer bereits um 11:00 Uhr abgeben. Bei Ankunft sind die Zimmer erst ab 15:00 Uhr verfügbar.

Pros:

View from room excellent. Easy walk to most attractions. Tram at doorstep. Quiet rooms.staff extremely helpful.

We did have a leaky shower, and cubicle small, but bath was divine!
