Pros:

Nous tenons à remercier toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour ce magnifique séjour. Le personnel de l’accueil est très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible.

Cette année, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’équipe des animatrices : elles sont au top, très gentilles et attentionnées. Un grand bravo également à toute l’équipe de la cuisine, qui est vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci pour la qualité des repas et votre travail au quotidien.

Overall - excellent hotel
Pros:

Beautiful sea view, close to the beach, clean, great food and a lot of entertainment for kids and family.

Cons:

Scary elevators, they were always broken - the door sensor was not working, they were opening and closing all the time and we were often hit by them.

Zona tranquila, muy limpio ,camas cómodas, comida buena,personal muy atento.buenas vistas desde el hotel.Volvere sin duda,ya es la segunda vez que nos hemos alojado.

Cons:

Por poner un punto negativo,falta de hamacas a primera hora y eso que era finales de junio principios de Julio.

Cons:

Un mauvais accueil d’une réceptionniste, La salle de bain était salle, même pas un désolée pour le dérangement. Juste on vous donne une autre chambre. Une réception 24/24 que l’on ne parvient pas à joindre

Muy buena ubicación si buscas tranquilidad y buenas vistas.
La cama era cómoda, habitación amplia.
Personal amable.
La comida buena en general.

Cons:

El suelo de la habitación estaba sucio y hasta 2 días después no lo limpiaron.
La zona de la piscina se queda pequeña, demasiadas personas, pocas hamacas (y muy juntas) y menos sombrillas.
Bebidas del todo incluido demasiado básicas.
El agua de la ducha se sale, no hay mampara completa. Y la distribución de la puerta del baño y el wc era rara.

Everything was great - The room was clean and quiet and the beds were spacious. The staff was really friendly from the start and explained to us how everything worked. We made use of all the facilities including pool, gym, shared area, restaurant and bar. Transport is easy and accessible by bus or walking. The hotel was very flexible with our requests.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection could have been better, and some guests would leave their towels in the pool loungers for hours, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Pros:

La ubicación. Las vistas de la habitación y la tranquilidad. Senderos para caminar. La playa con agua muy limpia y sin peligro.

Cons:

El comedor tiene muy juntas las mesas a veces te encontrabas atrapado sin poder salir, la organización del mensaje y para coger la comida dificultoso, la gente hace cola de espera tapando el acceso a la comida y el menaje mal colocado, no hay recipientes para comidas líquidas debajo hay q ir a buscarlo a la otra punta.
El baño sin bidè.
La piscina a tope sin poder disfrutar de ella porque no había hamacas que ademas estaban muy juntas.
