La vue est magnifique, la proximité de la plage.

Cons:

Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir eu accès à la formule tout inclus car ne nous dormions que deux nuits. La formule tout inclus est possible uniquement à partir de 4nuits.
Petit bémol pour la distance entre l’hôtel à le centre de Salou à pieds.

Bonitas vistas pero falta limpieza
Pros:

Las vistas desde la terraza.

Cons:

La falta de limpieza, sobretodo del baño. Luz de la calefacción o aire acondicionado demasiado luminosa.

Séjour agréable au sein de l’hôtel sauf coupure d’eau et de chasse d’eau
Pros:

L’emplacement est top , la vue de l’hôtel est magnifique

Cons:

Problème d’eau ( coupure d’eau alors que nous étions sous la douche ) et le lendemain pas de chasse d’eau aux toilettes
Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été fait

L'accueil du personnel, l'équipe d'animation, la restauration.

Cons:

Niveau propreté, la chambre 1516 était dégueulasse, le ménage etait. super mal fait et pas de draps changés pendant mes 8 jours.Les lits n'etaient pas fait,juste la couverture tirée,les serviettes dans la salle de bain, mis n 'importe comment.Aucun ménage dans la salle de bain durant mes 8 jours.Tout etait dégueulasse. La veille de mon départ, ayant fait part de mon problème, la reception a reconnu les faits,et nous a proposé le déjeuner du samedi midi.Un geste qui est bien mais payer ce prix dans un 4 etoiles avec un service 1etoile ,non merci.Aucune bouteille d eau reçu par jour,or c'était inclus.On ramenais des bouteilles dans la chambre et les bouteilles vides sont restées dans la chambre jusqu'à notre départ.On en a ramené quelques une.Je mets les photos à l'appui.

Pros:

La ubicacion maravillosa y sus vistas. El buffet el mejor que he probado. El personal agradable.
Excelente relacion calidad-precio (ahora en mayo)

Cons:

La piscina cubierta es de pago cosa que nos habian a segurado que no. Se oyen bastante las habitaciones de al lado y las puerta hacen mucho ruido.
