Super zentrale Lage, toller Blick auf die Kathedrale, moderne stylische Einrichtung
Beim Zimmer mit Blick auf die Kathedrale ist nicht an Schlaf zu denken: Horden von Partygängern ziehen bis 5h morgens laut grölend vorbei. Besser nach hinten raus buchen- ausser man ist selbst Partygänger.

De locatie, het lag op dat moment praktisch voor ons.
De communicatie, hoe vuil de kamer was! Schaamhaar in de badkuip, schimmel op het plafond, overal plekken ( gordijn, zitbank, hoofdkussen,…). Het onvriendelijk personeel! De bazin beledigde ons volledig bij bijzijn van andere verblijvers en haar medewerkers. Medewerkers lachen ons uit in het Spaans, mijn partner en ik begrijpen Spaans… ook hebben we foto’s van de staat van de kamer maar het ergste is toch wel €147 moeten betalen als student voor zo’n kamer en zo’n bediening! Het was afschuwelijk hoe we werden behandeld! Ik had niets gelezen over een borg maar het werd nooit vermeld in de mails die we kregen van het hotel en ook niet toen ik belde naar hun voor meer info!

Mooi kamer met bad
De grootte vd kamer, heel veel lawaai tot smorgens 5u, daarna vanaf 7u was de straatveegmachine daar. Geen uitleg vd receptie waar of wanneer voor het ontbijt en.zoek de lift.
Rozenblaadjes voor 5 euro extra was erover, zelfs geen hartje ofzo van gemaakt, enkel over bed gestrooid.
Vanmorgen bij ontbijt stonden we ook voor schut, terug geen uitleg over en eten bijna op, eitjes die er nog waren koud en vol met papier ertussen waar de eitjes opliggen.
Niets bij reservatie vermeld dat er nog eens 150 euro extra gevraagd word indien er iets zou kapot gemaakt zijn.
Ontvangen door vriendelijk personeel en het was erg fijn dat ik eerder kon inchecken omdat de kamer al klaar was! Verder voelde de kamer luxe en esthetisch aan en had het de nodige voorzieningen (koffiezetapparaat, koelkastje, etc). Het hotel ligt op een prettige centrale plek.
Wel was het gebouw wat gehorig. Je hoort geluid van zowel kamers naast, als boven je en een beetje van buiten (niet vreemd gezien je midden in het centrum zit en het een wat ouder pand is). Maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden.
