The staff were amazing, so busy but was always there to accommodate. The reception team was also amazing to help accommodate myself as no lifts up to rooms

We only had one bedside table. The window was broken so wouldn’t close so had a draft all night which wasn’t comfortable. There was holes in the walls also for the price I was expecting a higher standard
The hotel is in Dunmurry a 10 min train ride from Belfast central station. Then a 5 min walk from Dunmurry rail station to the hotel. The rooms where very spacious with really comfy beds and the bathroom had a great power shower. Only stayed for one night but if in the Belfast area would stay there again.

Television and hairdryer didn’t work
I loved the location as my partner was in Kingsbridge hospital for surgery and its literally 8 minutes to the hospital ... The staff wete so si nice especially lisa on front desk what a lady she looked after us and made sure we had a ground floor room for my partner after surgery. The food was fabulous loved the honeychilli chicken everything made fresh curry sauce to die for and the room was spotless and the bed well my god so comfortable (I need one of those mattresses)everything was spotless clean oh and also the breakfast top notch 😀 I literally couldn't flaunt it .
Shops are literally around the corner .

Stayed in hotel 5 years ago. Standard has deteriorated. Feel hotel needs a revamp.Standard of food just OK. No placemats at breakfast/ dinner table. Furniture in bedroom poor and not very clean. Blinds on window but no curtains. Some of the lighting not working. Old fashioned high bath to step into for shower. / unsuitable for older clients.
Food is excellent quality and plenty of it , the fry for breakfast likewise , staff all very attentive

A lift would be good. Better lighting in the bathroom. Hot water took a long time to get hot.
Fantastic hotel. Lovely welcoming layout. Plentiful parking. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious with a nice bathroom and desk area. Went for dinner in the evening and it was one of the best I’ve ever got in a hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served fast as I needed to leave the hotel quite early. I would most definitely stay here again. Very impressed. Thank you to all the staff there.

Welcoming friendly & efficient staff & reception and dining room. Well appointed room.- parking on site .. bus to city centre (9b) very handy. The meal in the dining room was outstanding with excellent service especially from Luc.
