I was very comfortable and very well looked after. The Taxi call box. I used it daily
Pros:

I had a good breakfast at a convenient time each day. The staff in the breakfast room and at the Reception desk were very helpful. I would like to say a big "Thank you" to them.

Cons:

I would liked to have a seat or grab rail to hold on to in the shower because I am an older person and afraid of falling on a wet surface
