There was a wedding on and music was loud until late
Very friendly welcome, room was spotless, the Hotel generally would benefit from some modernisation, its in a superb location to enjoy Belfast from. Breakfast was delicious, and suited me perfectly for my onward journey.
Excellent guy working at the reception desk.. he helped me with parking and ordering myself and my daughter a taxi etc. Hotel was very quiet so we had a great sleep.. breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious
Nothing!
Food excellent , quiet , comfy bed , good sleep .Value for money . Decent breakfast, female staff very attentive and professional.
Bit dated , small TV .
Music in function room was too loud and I had trouble going to sleep
Staff were so lovely, lady at reception was excellent and waiting staff.
The music at night was so loud, myself and my daughter could not sleep until after midnight. I wish I knew they would have live music I would. It of stay will my 9 year old. The staff were lovely and understood my upset but only so much they could do.
Staff and food were excellent
Maybe a cheaper midweek price
It was clean 👌🏾
Very easy to find, plenty of parking and good value
Have stayed in this hotel 3 times and will be staying again in a few weeks, lovely hotel lovely staff, food lovely, beds lovely.
Liked everything
Food and accomodation were excellent. The hotel also has a lovely bar to enjoy a drink in at the end of the day
Food was exceptionally good the staff were very polite friendly and you could see they work there socks off rooms were clean tidy with modern decor and the bed was vey comfortable
The room was hot as there was no ACC
We wanted a quick one night stop on our way to catch the Ferry at Belfast. The hotel was better than expected and both the evening meal and breakfast were outstanding as was the size and comfort of the bedroom
Nothing that I can think of
I liked the location and the room wasn’t bad.
I didn’t like the loud music that I could hear from my room that went on until midnight while I was exhausted trying to sleep. I also didn’t like the response by the property calling me a liar when I sent them an email about my feedback. One of the points was that I called for room service that they apparently did not receive. Or when I told them a lady Checked me out but they were very sure that it was a gentleman.
