The heating as it was cold and the radiators didn't seem to work/come on.
Location was easy to get too, lots of parking. Hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are very modern and clean, maybe a bit small but fine for me. Reception staff were helpful and made sure I got to get dinner even though I areived a few mins before dinner service ended. Would stay here again.

I booked my wedding 2 and half years ago after only being in thw place for 10 mins the warming welcome and the family feel of the place is fantastic🤩🤩🤩. Staff are warm and welcoming and their brilliant with my 5 year old Leona she calls them all her besties.🥳🥳 Daniel on reception and been brilliant each time i have been in. Barry, Kathryn and Lauren❤️❤️❤️❤️ use need a medal dor putting up with me esp when i was near 45 mims late😱😱 for cermony but use kept me under control and reassured me every step of the way.😍😍😍 Its hard to put into words how incredible use are but all of guests could rate the place high enough. Altered image for decorating OUT OF THIS WORLD🥰🥰🥰🥰 decor way way better than i could have imagined❤️❤️❤️❤️. Food everyone said best meal they have ever had and catered to all my guests to highest stanard🤩🤩🤩.
Manager Tim god help ya i give you some stick during my speech and you took it like a champ😆😆😆. All the staff are an absoulte credit to beechlawns and use shod be proud of them because they joined in and made our dau that extra special.

Very friendly staff. Food was amazing. The room was spotless and tidy. Great hotel. Hard to believe this is a 3 star hotel should be 5 star ⭐. A great pint of Guinness as well.

This hotel was really good, the staff were very helpful and very, understanding as im disabled couldnt do enough. The room was clean tidy and very comfortable, and the food was excellant, in fact the whole set up was brilliant
There was nothing to unlike, the place was excellent and id defininately return and stay for longer, like i said the room was clean and very comfortable, the food was brilliant and plentyful , breakfast and evening meal if you needed it, we ate in every night and the food was excellant the staff serving were brilliant polite and helpful , you couldnt ask for more, id highly recommend a stay there, i will definately return
We booked her for a special occasion. The food was beautiful however there was a set menu and on that menu were several added supplements. More than your average supplements. A few family members had saw a desert on the menu that they were looking forward to having. Yet when it came to dessert we were told it's a different desert menu and not the one we previously ordered from. When we asked why this was the case when we were not informed prior, the server stated, "The chef has refused to do any deserts but these new ones so we can not have the original deserts." The server was very rude and abrupt. This was very disappointing for my family, also as I have an additional needs child who was left very disappointed and could not understand why he did not get the desert he was excited for.

Free car park in front, exceptional breakfast (I opted for a stack of pancakes), welcoming and helpful staff, very clean room, good dining options, non-alcoholic 0.0% Guinness (from a can).
Lack of ambient light in the room, temperamental water pressure in the shower, very long wait for the dinner.
