Pros:

Anna was extremely helpful with everything from booking airport transfers to storing our luggage. The property is in a great location and was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Very little. Maybe the sloping ceilings would be difficult if you are very tall but it was no problem for us.

Our host Anna was attentive and extremely helpful, providing clear communication and local tips that enhanced our overall experience as well as booking airport transfers and city tours. Anna could not do enough for us and was available on WhatsApp throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free.

Pros:

très bel établissement, très soigné, très propre, très calme, très confortable au mileu du quartier juif
15 minutes à pied de la place centrale
Anna est très gentille et très réactive pour toutes nos demandes ( transfert hotel, early check in et late check out )
Au top dans tous les domaines 10/10

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur ( pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à marcher )

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a Cracovia dal 28 al 30 novembre e non possiamo che esprimere un giudizio eccellente. La posizione è davvero ottima, perfetta per visitare la città comodamente a piedi. La camera era pulitissima, curata nei dettagli e arredata con gusto, risultando fin da subito molto accogliente.

Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Anna, che ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità, facendoci sentire come a casa sin dal primo momento. La sua cordialità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Consigliatissima per chi cerca comfort, pulizia e un’ospitalità impeccabile! 🌟

Ease of communication pre and during the holiday. Both apartments were lovely the upstairs one being slightly more roomy.
We were very grateful that we were allowed to keep one of the apartments until our pick up time of 4pm - this was a huge advantage.
The location was ideal and there were plenty of bars and restaurants very close by. The old town market square was 20mins easy walk away and Kazamierz itself as an area was perfect.

Very good location with lots of restaurants closeby. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed.. Although there was a smell from the bathroom which was a bit overwhelming at times.

L’emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur d’un quartier animé de Cracovie ! De nombreux excellents restaurants se trouvent à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Le logement est très agréable, confortable et idéal pour deux personnes. L’accueil a été impeccable, avec des informations claires et une communication fluide.

Cons:

Il y avait de mauvaises odeurs qui provenaient de la salle de bain, sûrement à cause de la mauvaise météo…

Jak na standard pokoju cena była wysoka. Apartament był czysty, ale widać było że jest zniszczony przez czas. Odpadająca farba, zakamienione krany. Brak zestawu kosmetyków.

Было бы здорово, если бы персонал забирал мусор в процессе пребывания. Как-то не комфортно три дня складировать пакеты, а где его выбросить самим - вопрос

Very good location. Clean apartment with enough room for us to be comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Anna, the manager, was very nice and remained available to help us. For instance, she helped us a lot with suggestions of good restaurants nearby.
