La ubicación del hotel es buena, es un barrio tranquilo y seguro.

Las personas que atienden en el hotel en horas de la mañana son muy amables, sin embargo, la persona que realiza los turnos de noche no tiene idea de atención al cliente, es una persona con mala actitud y baja disposición, no se le podía preguntar nada porque respondía de mala manera, tiene una actitud muy negativa con los clientes. Además, el desayuno del hotel es muy regular, y las habitaciones en sí son muy sencillas.
