Tolle Lage, super Frühstück – wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal! Es liegt etwas außerhalb des direkten Stadtzentrums und ist dadurch mit dem Auto noch gut erreichbar. Wir empfehlen unbedingt, das hoteleigene Parkhaus zu nutzen.

Die Innenstadt und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in etwa 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – für uns absolut in Ordnung. Da wir mit unserem Hund unterwegs waren, wollten wir ohnehin viel zu Fuß unternehmen.

Ein echtes Highlight ist der nahegelegene Park auf der Anhöhe. Perfekt für einen Spaziergang mit dem Hund und mit einem richtig tollen Ausblick über Prag!

Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab eine schöne Auswahl mit Joghurt, frischem Obst, Toast, Brot und weiteren Leckereien. Für uns war alles dabei, was zu einem guten Start in den Tag gehört. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Insgesamt war die Lage für uns eine perfekte Mischung aus Ruhe, guter Erreichbarkeit und Nähe zur Altstadt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Cons:

Was hat uns nicht gefallen? Da müssen wir tatsächlich passen! Uns fällt beim besten Willen nichts ein. 😉 Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Overall, the very good location and good cleanliness were the only positive aspects of my stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic, with only the essentials available. The dining area was too small to accommodate all the hotel guests. The cleanliness was good, and the location was excellent.

However, the room was completely different from what I expected based on the photos on Booking.com. I booked a standard economy room, but I was given an extremely small room on the top floor, in the attic, with a very low ceiling. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially for someone who is 185 cm tall, as my head kept hitting the ceiling. It was impossible to feel comfortable in such a room.

I complained to the reception, but I was simply told that this was the room I had booked. I had chosen my room based on the photos on Booking.com, which showed a standard economy room, not an attic room with a low ceiling. The receptionist was uncooperative; her tone was sharp and unprofessional, and her attitude was far from welcoming.

The bed was extremely small and uncomfortable, and the pillow was uncomfortable as well. The windows were also very small and positioned high up because of the attic layout.

Very nice, Helpful staff, understanding too!!!
Pros:

Perfect location, everything is walking distance, team station is like 100m away.
The staff even surprised me with a B-Day gift along with a Hungarian note - very thoughtful!

Cons:

My bed was really a little too soft, but that does not mean I did not like the place.
No bar/restaurant/other community space was open in the evening, so we sat down in the entry hallway with our friends, while the little ones were asleep in our rooms
