Kényelmes, jó elhelyezkedésű szálloda, kedves, udvarias személyzettel.
Pros:

Megfelelő helyen a város bejárásához, 2 villamos megálló közötti egész csendes mellékutcában. De gyalog is csak 15-20 perc séta a Károly híd.
Gördülékeny ügyintézés, kedves, udvarias személyzet.

Nekem túl puha volt az ágy

Ubicació -preu i habitacio molt bé.
Pros:

La ubicacio estupenda. La habitació es molt gran.

Cons:

El sopar no contempla opcio per nens i el menú ofert es molt difícil que agradi a nens i adolescents. I la neteja de l habitació a de millorar. Em vaig trobar envoltori de preservatius sota la tauleta del costat del llit....

Salvo solo la posizione veramente ottima

Cons:

E’ evidente che la manutenzione non sanno cosa sia, buchi lasciati aperti, batterie del condizionatore non funzionanti e il condizionatore stesso non funzionante, per non parlare delle pulizie praticamente nulle, abbiamo trovato persino macchie di sangue sul cuscino, le ciotole per il cane rotte, la colazione mediocre e solo locale

Excellent Location
Pros:

Excellent location very near to the tram which is the main public transportation in Prague.

I was intending to give score 5 over 10 but there was an amazing person called Lucy in the reception who helped me to change my room because of severe problem in the AC and because of her I gave the score 9 over 10.

Cons:

1- Initially I received a room with very bad AC almost not working and the receptionist Michelle didn't help us to change the room for the first 3 nights. However, when Lucy helped us to switch the room for the remaining 3 nights our accommodation became much better

2- All the telephones in all rooms not operating.

Cons:

Frühstück kein Vollkornbrot Brötchen. Kaffee aus vollautomat war super. Dachten da würden deutsche Strom stecker passen.

Uglavnom zadovoljni, ali uz malo truda boravak u hotelu bio bi puno bolji. Hotel nikako nije 4 zvijezde, slabe 3 zvjezdi

Cons:

Hrana, pogotovo večera, vrlo mali izbor, jedana juha na izbor, uz glavno jelo nema kruha, nema salate niti voća ili deserta. Doručak malo bolji, ali isto tako izbor mali svaki dan isto, palačinke hladne, kolači stari i suhi. Nema umjetnih zaslađivača za kavu. Pokvaren tuš, vrlo slab pritisak vode.

Na přespání stačí, ubytování odpovídá vybavením a rozměry 3*, pokoje vedou na pavlač tj. nemusí být vždy odhlučněné. Snídaně odpovídá deklarovanému počtu hvězd.

Matig hotel met wel prima locatie en perfecte parkeergarage.

Vriendelijkheid van de receptie en een perfecte parkeergarage.

Cons:

De kamer was zo ingedeeld dat de tweede persoon via 25 cm breedte om het bed moest lopen om in te stappen, twee daags verblijf twee dagen geen TV, één dag daarvan geen internet en koud water bij het douchen, heel weinig keuze bij het ontbijt met daarbij een chagrijnige bediening.
