War suma sumarum toll

Das Personal war super freundlich und da s Frühstück außergewöhnlich umfangreich.

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten vom Restaurant waren sehr kurz und am WE geschlossen.

Cons:

Lautes, kleines Zimmer mit Lage zur vierspurigen Straße
Einrichtung ziemlich alt, insgesamt kein 4 Sterne Niveau!
Keine Hilfe für das Gepäck..
Für den (bei der Reservierung angekündigten) Hund gab es gar nichts- keine Decke und wir mussten erst selbst einen Napf organisieren.

Rumer Hof is a nice hotel and I recommend for a short stay.
Pros:

The location is excellent: half hour by bus No 504 from the train main station. The area around the hotel is industrial, but we had a beautiful view for the mountains. We were given a visit card for all three of us that enabled us to travel with public transport free. The restaurant is very beautiful with a view through the windows, so you can enjoy the breakfast or dinner. As for the breakfast, it was very good, but: you have to get early as if you come late, then there is not much! The girls at the reception were lovely. The lady at the dinner lounge was great: she not only prepaired coffee but she used to clean the tables, the glasses and put all in the washing machine: i think she is doing the job that needs 2 or 3 people!

Cons:

The beds in the room are not comfortable at all: they and the pillows are too soft and they should be replaced. Some of the towels are worn and to be replaced. I wished there was a coffeemaker and a small fridge.

Pros:

Struttura presso cui ero già stato , molto comoda logisticamente e anche come servizi. ( pernottamento e possibilità di cenare ). parcheggio anche comodissimo e proprio di fronte alla struttura.

Cons:

nella stanza c'era troppo caldo e non c'era la possibilità di regolare la temperatura. con troppo caldo e piumoni invernali austriaci è stato molto complicato riposare bene. Ho fatto presente già appena arrivato del problema, ma ahimè nulla è cambiato.

Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr freundlich,
Die Frühstücksmädels leider nicht so. Kaum ei guten Morgen, schon gar nicht "ist alles ok" oder sowas in die Richtung.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten fein hart und es hat nichts geknarrt, wenn man sich gedreht hat. Sehr gut!

Für eine Nacht gut gelegenes Hotel um zum KKH oder in die Stadt zu kommen.
Pros:

Dichte Lage zur Privatklinik in Rum und auch zum Zentrum nach Innsbruck. Da am Sonntag Hotel eigenes Restaurant nicht geöffnet hatte, wurde uns ein Italiener "Il dottore" empfohlen. De war sehr gut ;-) Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.
