Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require an invoice under the name of your company, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Check Out: 12:00 pm (late check-out between 12:30 pm - 18:00 pm is 50% of the rate and from 18:00 pm 100% of the rate.
Additional breakfast has a supplement of USD 10.

Acho que foi o melhor servico de hotel que tivemos no PERU. Organizaram passeior, forneceram agua todos os dias como cortesia. O quarto nao tinha muita luz natural, mas era muito espaçoso e confortável. O banho sempre quente. Havia uma chaleira e saches em uma pequena copa no quarto. Alem disso, a uma quadra e meia do Monasterio de Santa Catalina e 3 quadras da Plaza de Armas. Tudo pertinho. Fizemos tudo a pé.
I went with my family and it was a very good experience. Everything clean and tidy. The people there were very welcome and helpful. I definetly recommend it.

The breakfast was decent enough, but there was a big negative point for me: the nice-looking coffee machines they had did not work and only instant coffee was provided, which I find undrinkable. I had to look for a coffee shop every morning to get my fix.
The bread could be a bit warmer and some cereal, such as oatmeal, would also be a nice touch.

The personnel is amazing and kind. The rooms have everything you might need to be comfortable: fridge, plenty of outlets, A/C, good internet connection and lots of channel options on the TV in three different languages. The breakfast is pretty good.
Quaint hotel close to the main sites. Staff were helpful and made us takeaway bags for breakfast when we had an early checkout. There is a nice view of the a volcano from the common area.
The room has a microwave but no plates or cutlery. Minor thing but we were able to ask for spoons from the restaurant
