Que el proceso de check inn fue rápido, fue lo único bueno.

Cons:

Uff por donde empezar, es más quiero aplicar un reembolso. Para llegar al hotel, que esta en plaza las americas de cancun, desde que llegas es un laberinto el estacionamiento, no hay luz ni indicaciones claras de como llegar al estacionamiento del hotel. Despúes entras a la plaza y tuvimos que ubicar donde entrabas al hotel. Desde ahi ya estabamos molestos. Despúes , me queria bañar y no teniamos jabón, tuvimos que usar uno que afortunadamente llevabamos. Despúes habia mucho ruido alado, no se si eran otros húespedes. Y lo peor: la cama super dura, las almohadas igual, lo unico rescatable es que el aire acondicionado trabaja bien. Despúes MUY temprano nos marcaron para preguntar si todo bién y justo fuimos a descansar. Me parece una falta de respeto que te marquen super temprano. No regreso nunca y me gustaria pedir un reembolso. Además para salir, de todos modos te cobran estacionamiento, y para encontrar el lugar para pagarlo es complicado. Tardamos mas de 20 minutos en salir del estacionamiento.
