No hot water on arrival. Desk didn't know how long it would be till it was fixed.
I had been travelling for 12+ hrs and needed to shower. So I checked out and went to another hotel.
The good thing though I was granted a full refund.

Infesté de punaise de lit et d insecticides très nocif

L établissement était infesté de punaise de lits et d insecticides les draps était infesté d insecticides j’ai fait une crise d asthme et une allergie sévère aux produits toxique et je me suis faite piquer j’ai du annuler le reste de mon séjour je suis rester moins de 24h
