Satisfactory for a short budget stay.
Pros:

Excellent communication about our parking space. It is important to reserve one as they are very limited. Beds were clean and satisfactory. Walking distance to the city and a few restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Staff could have been friendlier. There is not enough space for breakfast in the non smoking area, whilst a lot of space is given to smoking and an unnecessarily large lobby space. They should consider changing this to add more tables. The room air conditioner was terrible, and it did not cool the room. It was on it's lowest setting the whole time with little effect. There were signs up saying this was due to extreme summer heart, but the lobby was cool enough. There are a few of maintenance issues, such as the shower head having no nozzles so water just poured out of the holes. The safe did not open so we asked reception to fix it, but they never did or apologised for not being able to. There was nowhere to put bags in the compact room. It's hard to tell if the owners are trying to improve the hotel or if it is decaying. It's okay for a couple of days for the price.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing.
The air conditioning in our room did not work, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
The receptionist was rude and not very helpful.
We specifically booked a parking space in advance, but when we arrived, there was no parking available. Why ask guests to reserve parking if the hotel does not actually reserve it? This was especially frustrating after a long journey.

Location is good and close to Knez Mihajlova.

Cons:

I have reserved a room with parking and after I have paid for my room I was informed that there is no parking available and that there were no free parking spots even before I reserved a room. Air conditioning unit was not working and when I complained to the reception desk I was informed that they knew its not working and gave me that room even though I was with children and it was 40C in Belgrade. Room cleaner never visited our room for 2 days, beds were not made, trash was not taken out there were no new bath towels. TV in the room was paid but not working we needed to pay additional amount to get it working.

Pros:

Very good location. The room small but ok. The personell quite kind. Milan and Rociza wonderful!

Cons:

Beds not very comfortable. Problematic air conditioning. What made me a very bad impression was that when we checked out I was asked if we had consumed anything from the mini- bar.and, upon my negative answer, the receptionist went to the room to check if I was telling him the truth as if we were common thieves! I understand that they might be obliged by the management to check, but they could do it mote discreetly, by calling lets say one of the cleaning ladies. That behaviour was rude and insulting!

Jó ár-érték arányú belvárosi szálloda
Pros:

Kedves segítőkész személyzet. Köszönet Milánnak és Heidinek.
Finom választékos reggeli. Ruzica mindenkinek a kedvében jár- ezúton is köszönjük!
Remek elhelyezkedés: a belváros sétáló része 5 perc séta alatt elérhető.

Cons:

Sajnos a több mint 40 fokos melegben a légkondi kevésnek bizonyult.

Pros:

Ausstattung, Frühstück, Parkplatz und Sauberkeit

Cons:

Zimmer an der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße , da wir die Klimaanlage nicht so gut vertragen wollten wir in der Nacht das Fenster aufmachen, aber das war aufgrund vom Verkehrslärm nicht möglich. Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug,

Ačkoliv zvenku působí hotel špatně, uvnitř je moderní a udržovaný. Výhodou bylo, že je blízko turistického centra města.

Cons:

Hotel se nachází u rušné ulice, kde i přes zavřené okna slyšíte projíždět vozidla a ruch. Jeden z pokojů měl nefunkční a nebo velmi slabou klimatizaci, takže spát tam v létě bylo za trest. Bylo velmi horko a otevřít okno nepřipadalo v úvahu.

a very bad experience

Localization was ok

Cons:

Air conditioning was innoperant. The room was so hot at night that we could not sleep. We checked out the next day even loosing the money already payed. Very bad smell coming from bathroom. The only thing that was positive was the localization. But if someone has a lot of luggage as we had, there is no space in the street to stop the car and get the luggage. Besides, the street is VERY noise. Parking is VERY limited. We had to park the auto circa 500 m from the hotel.
