Wasn’t worth the money
Pros:

Location and breakfast

Cons:

Rooms had maintenance issues. AC was not working, Rooms had Cockroaches and other pests. Towels were not smelling fresh. Overall poor hygiene and experience

Interessantes Hotel zum super Preis
Pros:

Was nicht besonders international, aber Omlette oder Rührei geht immer.
Im Verhältnis zum Preis war das Hotel sehr gut !!!!

While I don't mind dated hotels, I expect them to be clean. That was not the experience we had with the water from the tap of the jacuzzi.

We complained several times about the dirty water coming out of the jacuzzi. They've sent several people to try and fix it only to tell me the water is normal and will clear because "it has not been used for a long time"
But it happened again and again. We were unable to utilise it for most of our stay, when one of the reasons I booked the suite was because of this feature. The kids were sorely disappointed.

The room service was also terrible. Food not only came so long. But had to send back the steak twice because it was super tough and totally inedible. I even asked the manager to try and cut the steak himself. After three failed attempts and almost 2hrs of waiting back and forth, I was already super hungry and had to order something else.
Look, I wasn't even looking for excellent quality beef, I just wanted something that is edible.

While the staff remained polite and apologetic all throughout, there wasn't any compensation for any of the shortcomings we experienced. Still paid full for the failed room service and for the room that had a disgusting jacuzzi water.
(photo shown has the water looking less brown due to colour correction, but I assure you, it was grossly brown with sediments too)

Location was ok. Rooms was big.

Cons:

Sheets had stains. Aircond was a little noisy. Breakfast was so so. Not much varity. All 3 days was serving almost the same menu. Koi food was not available for purchase on our 2nd day.
