Pros:

Good central location. Very close to main sights, shops, restaurants and cafes.
Staff both pleasant and helpful.
Nice buffet breakfast. Gluten free bread available on request (but best to ask for it the night before to save having to wait too long in the morning). Ironing board and iron also available on request.

Cons:

Noisy first thing in the morning on rubbish collection day (Thursday?)

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y los enchufes al lado de la cama

Good hotel, great location.
Pros:

Amazing central location, 3 min walk from free tram from airport. Moderate size, very clean room, hot shower & very good breakfast.

Cons:

Male receptionist not overly welcoming at check-in didn't give good first impression vibes!
However another female receptionist on subsequent days seemed very welcoming.
