Excellent choice, nice spot ( small beach right in front to relax). Might be 10-15 minutes from the center but very easy to walk.

You don’t offer the breakfast.
You propose the breakfast service of a close bar. They don’t permit you to choose what you prefer as breakfast.

Très bien situé, chambre impeccable, personnel très gentil. Les plus : bord de mer, jardin verdoyant très reposant.

Excellent stay.
Location was fantastic, across the road from beach and short walk into town. Large studio, with lovely patio that had sea and mountain views.

Το μέρος είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, πανέμορφο! Ο κήπος είναι πολύ προσεγμένος, τα δωμάτια είναι πεντακάθαρα και η κοπέλα που έχει αναλάβει τον καθαρισμό κάνει εξαιρετική δουλειά καθημερινά. Τα δωμάτια έχουν καταπληκτική θέα και το καφέ είναι δίπλα για ό,τι χρειαστείς. Το βράδυ έχει ωραία θερμοκρασία και ακούς το κύμα. Έχει απόλυτη ησυχία και κατά την διάρκεια της μέρας. Είναι ένα μέρος που προσφέρει πραγματική ξεκούραση. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού επίσης φανταστικό...Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι μια ευγενέστατη, διακριτική και φιλική κυρία, πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ο,τι χρειαστείς. Περάσαμε φανταστικά, θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα. Να συνεχίσετε έτσι, τέτοιες επιχειρήσεις σπανίζουν!!!!

Ein tolles, modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit wunderschöner privater Terrasse. Direkt an der Sitia Beach, nur ein paar Minuten bis in die Stadt mit vielen Geschäften und Tavernen. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und haben von da aus den Osten Kreta‘s erkundet.
Die Managerin war sehr nett und gab uns auch ein paar gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Absolut zu empfehlen.

The Nereids is an amazingly good value place to stay in Sitia. It is just across the road from the beach and has its own sunbeds and parasols there. The rooms are spacious inside and come with the roomy outside private terrace area equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs. The outlook is pleasant. There is ample parking. The welcome is warm and you are given lots of information about the area. The bathrooms could do with a makeover and the provision of facilities for self-catering is a little limited, but at this price you really can't fault it.

Really liked the room as it was spacious, clean and had a massive terrace. Also has a kitchenette which was very handy for making your own breakfast. Very nice staff too.

Globalement un peu cher la nuit pour ce séjour.
Petit déjeuner pas donnés et pas très variés.
Climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien donc parfois difficile d’avoir une bonne température... La porte de la SDB était cassée. Les transats de la terrasse sont agréables.
La vue sur mer n’est pas évidente.
L’accueil est familial et sympathique.
La plage en face est au bord de la route avec les voitures qui passent et mi sable mi cailloux, avec des transats à disposition.

Nice welcome by Katerina - she sat us down and made sure that we knew all of the places to see, places to eat and things to do in Sitia and the east coast. The studio was modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a large patio and sun lounges looking out into the garden. On site parking and good, fast wifi rounded out a pleasant and affordable stay.

My room booking, although confirmed at the time of booking, was cancelled the next morning while I was on route to the hotel. Very inconvenient. Staff very apologetic. Place looked nice and chilled out.

Soggiorno molto gradevole, ampi spazi esterni, vicinissimo al mare (anche se per raggiungerlo bisogna attraversare una strada piuttosto trafficata).

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst, ongeëvenaard. Ze nam heel veel tijd om ons van alles te vertellen over wat er te doen en te zien was in de omgeving.
Sitia is op loopafstand (10 minuten).

Prima appartement op 30 meter van het strand en op loopafstand van het stadje.
Heel attente eigenaresse die je meteen alle tips uit de buurt geeft, compleet met kaarten en parasolletje voor op de alternatieve strandjes in de buurt.

This was my 2nd stay at this gem of a place. The host, Katarina, is so welcoming and helpful, she makes you feel at home immediately. The room is more like an appartment and everything is spotless. This time I had a garden room which was wonderfully cool, I didn't even need the a/c. It is a quiet place, with the beach across the road which belongs to the hotel so the sun loungers are free of charge. Or sit in a shady spot on your patio, listen to the wind blow through the cornfield and the trees and read a good book. So so relaxing! I will be going back next year.

Our second time here and again it was brilliant. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and clean and the owner is extremely kind and generous. Will visit again.

Hadde bestilt hotell for 2 netter, men her var det så trivelig og flott at vi vart 2 til. Veldig skjermet med egen stor veranda med bord og stoler, samt solsenger. Fin utsikt ut over stranda og havet. 10-15 min spasertur til byn, som var fantastisk idyllisk. Eit flott utgangspunkt for bilturer i området, til utrulig mange flotte strender og severdigheter. Sterk anbefaling.
