Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf
Pros:

Het hotel heeft een goede ligging en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is lekker, prima prijs- kwaliteitverhouding.

Cons:

Sommige kamers lagen vol in de zon en waren erg warm (37 graden!) toen we aankwamen. Er werd wel een mobiele airco geregeld, maar vooraf had het hotel wel betere maatregelen kunnen nemen, zoals gordijnen sluiten en ramen/deuren openen tijdens koelere periode.

lokatie ligt goed voor bruiloft in Kasteel maar verder zou ik er nooit meer slapen

Mensen aan de receptie. Niet vriendelijk. Kunnen we ergens omkleden voor de bruiloft? Nee. Kunnen we met moeder 93 a cv ter parkeren? Nee. (terwijl er plek was maar was gereserveerd zeiden ze en ik kon niet van te voren reserveren). Kamer boven terras heel veel herrie!! Ontbijt was afgesproken na de bruiloft om 10:30. Dag ervoor moest het naar 9:30 want 10:00 leuke dicht, was foutje. Ik was er 3 nachten maar vroeg na 2 nachten een rustigere kamer dan boven terras, moesten ze checken. Maar toen ik om 11:30 terug kwam van ontbijt 3e dag hadden ze al mijn spullen verhuisd naar de nieuwe kamer (ik had niks ingepakt, kleding in de kast, opladers etc) en boos dat ik om 11:00 niet alles klaar had, terwijl nieman had gezegd dat ik inderdaad een andere kamer kreeg! Heel onvriendelijk allemaal.

tv deed het niet goed !
In de douche zat geen handgreep om je vast te houden ( ik ben 84 jaar)
GEEN airco op de kamer.
Lift gaat ingewikkeld omhoog ( knop blijven indrukken}

Een prima verblijf in een gastvrij hotel-restaurant opeen fijne locatie in het dorp.
Pros:

De ligging van de locatie beviel het beste.

Cons:

Toilet zonder fonteintje:voor handen wassen moet je (in deze kamer) naar de badkamer.

Mooi maar niet van kunnen genieten

Dat we dicht bij het kasteel van Geldrop zaten

Cons:

Het was bijna 40 graden op de dag van aankomst. Op de hotelkamer stond alleen een ‘waaier’ en geen airco. Binnen op onze hotelkamer was het meer dan warm: het was vies benauwd. Op de kamer van het stel waar wij mee waren, stond wel een airco. Wij werden om 06:15 uur wakker omdat het niet meer te houden was op onze kamer. Dit vonden we echt zeer jammer want op de kwaliteit van de kamer is niks aan te merken, maar daar hebben we dus niet van kunnen genieten.
