Jättetrevlig lägenhet med utmärkt läge. Nära till stränder, staden, supermarket och en fin utsikt ut över medelhavet. Stor balkong och bra wi-fi. Väldigt trevliga ägare som hjälpte till med skjuts till busstation och tips på utflykter. Vi var jättenöjda med vår vistelse.

Vaisselle très sommaire.proprietaires très accueillants. Très agréable séjour dans une ville très agréable et qui offre de nombreuses possibilités de découverte aux alentours. Eau très propre.

Appartamento spazioso, confortevole, pulito.
Vista mare. Sulla strada ma silenzioso. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro del paese. La proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile. Consigliato sicuramente.

Melas Apartment is an excellent place to relax and enjoy holidays, clean, spacious, AC, balcony with sea view. I recommend this place and I’m looking forward to visit next year.

Exellent top floor apartment with big terrace and beautiful sea view. Location optimal. Short walking to both city center and beach. Staff kind and always ready to help when needed.

Das zimmer war immer super sauber aufgeräumt. Der blick auf das meer vom balkon aus war herrlich.
Bis ins zentrum waren es nur wenige minuten.
Die beschreibung stimmte überein und kann nur bestätigt werden.
Die Betreibern ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We stayed in a 2-room appartment on the second floor with lots of space and a large and peaceful terrace surrounded by lemon and flower trees, so called city-view. Melas appartment is situated in the best place close to the best of the Agios Nikolaos city beaches, a great supermarket, town and bus.
Our suggestions for improvement are these: The narrow double bed could be wider and softer, and the kitchenware and the shower could be renovated.

Melas apartments is a nice a place to stay in Agios Nikolaos. The hospitality is great and the manager is very helpful. The hotel is identical if you are looking for a place just to sleep. This only if you have one of the rear rooms that they do not have sea view and are very small. Those with the front sea view are very nice and give you the opportunity to relax on the balcony and enjoy the view. When you book a room make sure what room you are looking to book.

We arrived to a very warm welcome from the hotel owner. She was so friendly and helpful. The view we had was wonderful. We had a street facing view which looked out onto the ocean. When in the hotel, we spent most of our time on the balcony. Although located on a busy street, we did not find that to be bothersome, and actually quite nice for people watching. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere. We went to 3 beautiful beaches several times over the course of a week (Ammoudi, Ammos, and Kitroplatia). We also ate so incredibly well at every tavern/restaurant we went to, a highlight being Gioma Meze which looks out onto the lake. If you enjoy walking everywhere, and staying at a self-service style hotel where you can feel like you live where you are visiting, Melas Apartments is perfect.

Lived with a girl at this hotel for 5 days.
Location super, to the center a couple of minutes on foot.
If you need a bus, it is also close - 7 minutes.
The room was very clean, cleaning every day, in an acceptable time (about 11am).
If possible, take a room with sea view, you will not regret.
The owner of the appartments (woman) is very nice and friendly! Very!)
In particular, we, without any additional fees allowed to stay in the room up to 6 pm. Thank you!))

We stayed 2 nights at Melas Apartments. The hotel is about 5 min walking from the centre (but away from the noise from the city). The rooms were clean and spacious. Unfortunately the airco didn't work, but then we figured out that the batteries were put wrong in the remote control.
Also the shower did not work properly (no hot water), but the owner fixed it the next day. The owner showed us a very good and cheap restaurant when we arrived (and it was already very late) and gave us some good tips to visit the area. Overall a good place to stay.

Great value and location. Only 2 rings and the frying pan was useless. Other than that very good

I had an extremely pleasant stay at this very homely, stylish place. Very quiet, far from the town noisy, busy streets and yet a walk away from the centre. Beautifully located on the main coast road with a superb view of the St. Nicholas bay and two minutes walk from the local beach. Very close to other worth visiting locations. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Extremely pleasant and helpful owners.

The pros for this apartment are.. Good location near town, beach, bus station and some nice restaurants. It's kept very clean, with crisp white sheets changed every few days. The view from the balcony is stunning. The bathroom is big with a bath,good shower and loads of hot water. There's even a washing machine which is very handy.
The cons are...the furniture is a bit tired and the living room not at all cozy with only a single bed and hard dining chairs to sit on, a bed settee would be far better. The kitchen would benefit from an upgrade as it is rather old and under equipped.
I expected more as this is not a cheap option but having said that I believe if I wanted to spend my days chasing the landlady for this that and the next thing the experience could have been better. She did provide a canvas directors chair when I said the seating was uncomfortable and kept asking if we were ok

Everything is as described in the ad, the apartment with sea view was nice and cleaned. The owners are very nice and helpful. We had a really good stay. Great deal for the price!

Melas was just perfect for our stay in Agios Nikolaos. We had Room 11 on the 1st floor and had an absolutely stunning view of the bay and surrounding mountains. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. Be sure to get a sea view as there are only 2 rooms at the front. Our apartment was much nicer than we expected. I don't think the website photos do it full justice. The main room is very large and has a marble floor. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom was modern (it even had a washing machine). The bedroom was a bit small but there is another bed and wardrobe in the main room if you need more space, plus a room safe. The landlady, Ioanna, was very friendly and looked after our every need. She gave us a much better frying pan and didn't mind a bit when we accidentally broke a plate. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She even let us use her private phone and computer a couple of times. The location is just perfect - a short 3 minute stroll to the sandy beach at Ammouda and about 7-10 mins to all the restaurants round the lake. The small TV only had Greek channels so no good for Eddie Royle types, but hey, who wants to watch TV on holiday anyway? There's a good sports bar with a big screen down the road so no need to miss the footie. We did get a fair bit of noise from the beach road so you need to keep the glass doors closed all night if you want any sleep, which makes the room a bit airless, but I prefer that to looking at someones roof round the back.

Excellent value for money, very clean apartments and friendly people. Great sea view.

We were pleaseantly surprised by this apartment. It was really comfortable and very clean. Excellent view of the bay.
