Clean and comfy
The entrance a little bit far from the street
It was very well located and the staff were very friendly
Location, staff, breakfast
No driveway yet.
The hotel is nicely located between two metro stations and a bus stop right in the intersection. Nothing beats the daily view of Taipei 101.
Also got the opportunity to try their breakfast which is value for money for its worth. You get to try local dishes.
The staff are respectful, courteous, speaks well. They know what you need even before asking (we have someone using a wheelchair so they already ask if we need a sturdy chair for the shower).
Maybe bidet? The carpeted and windowless corridor can be something to be consider for improvement.
Location just a couple of blocks away from Xinyi, but you'd still probably take a cab if its hot out. Usually price is decent but quick to spike on weekends or last minute bookings. Rooms are quite spacious. Underground parking is convenient
I booked a deluxe room which is at the end of the hallway and larger than normal rooms. Even so , the first room they put me in had a heavy moldy stench. I called the front desk to ask for another room and they immediately moved me to another floor which was much better and had been a more recent renovation as can tell by the styling (but at least 3 years old as I have stayed in the same before). Kudos to the staff for resolving the issue without a fuss, but really that first room smells like a respiratory hazard and should definitely not be rented out until renovated!
Everything great!
Nothing to don't like.
Since we are a small group (12 in all), we enjoyed staying for free in the social hall to relax and meet up for our next day plans, and free evening snacks with coffee/tea.
No rice in breakfast food😉
The hotel is really close to the Taipei 101 shopping area. And from our room we had an incredible view on the Taipe 101.
Personally, I prefer not to have carpet in the room.
The family room had a good size for a hotel in the city center. We had a fantastic view on the Taipei 101. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel.
Personally, I don’t like to have carpet in the room.
