Residence Gerani

The location has a stunning view. You can hear the waves while relaxing on the terrace. We had a very warm welcome upon our arrival: tons of useful information, beach toys for kids and even wine 🙂 We are planning to come back!

Günstige Unterkunft, nette Umgebung

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Ammoudara, nahe Agios Nikolaos. Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man so braucht. Küche gut ausreichend gut ausgestattet für den Urlaub. Schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. 2 min Fußweg zum Strand und Restaurants. Weitere schöne Buchten und Agios Nikolaos in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Sehr nette Besitzer die immer sofort antworten und auf alle Fragen eingehen.
Schöner Poolbereich mit Liegen und ebenfalls Meerblick.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Locație excelentă!❤️ Priveliște extraordinară (din camera 7🙃) și multă liniște. Aproape de o plajă minunată. CELE MAI SPECTACULOASE RĂSĂRITURI! Nu prea departe nici de Lidl, pentru aprovizionare. Am fost întâmpinați cu un cadou de bun venit: fructe, apa, pliculețe de ceai și cafea și o sticlă de vin🙂. Mobilierul în culori tradiționale și paturile confortabile au întărit sentimentul de vacanță. 🥰 (pernele au fost cam moi, dar ne-am descurcat). Curățenie impecabilă, o dată la 2 zile s-au schimbat si prosoapele.

Pomieszczenia przestronne. Zewnętrzny prywatny taras, a nawet dwa! Widok z łóżka na morze był fantastyczny! Łóżka wygodne. W oknach siatki przeciw komarom ( a gdyby jednak dostały się jakoś do domu, to elektryczne odstraszacze) Czystość w całym obiekcie bez zarzutu. Przy basenie taras słoneczny, bardzo przydatny w miesiącach jesiennych. Do fajnej plaży pieszo z górki. Wzdłuż wybrzeża ścieżka widokowa, którą można iść bezpiecznie również po zmroku.

Jeśli będę wybierać się ponownie w te rejony Krety, z pewnością wrócę do Gerani Apt.

Wie im Vorfeld bekannt funktional eingerichtetes Studio, aber es war alles da, was man brauchte. Supertolle Aussicht von der Terrasse aus. Sehr freundliches Personal.

The apartment was compact, yet comfortable and fully equipped. Comfortable beds, pillows, and the private terrace with table, chairs, and umbrella are a great addition... the view from the terrace is priceless!! Would definitely recommend it!
On site parking is a great plus!

Prachtige locatie vooral uitzicht over zee en het zandstrand met ligbedden en leuk restaurant. Prachtige blauw-wit geleurde apartementen met leuke veranda met super uitzicht. Kleine keuken, prima bedden. Karin was een prima host en gaf veel tips over restaurants en leuke plaatsjes.

Bien localisé, superbe vu, confortable et bon rapport qualité prix.

À 5 min en voiture d'Agios Nikolaos, loin du mouvement. Une petite plage sympa en traversant la route. Il y a une piscine au cas où.
Les appartements ont beaucoup de charme et le personnel est trop sympa.

Grand appartement situé en banlieue de Ágios,avec un panorama magnifique. Cuisine bien achalandée,plusieurs lits ou canapés. Une présence très appréciable de Karin.

Un très beau et tres vaste logement bien équipé près de la piscine. Une très belle vue sur la mer. Plage à proximité.

Das Appartement ist geräumig und sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und optimal ausgestattet. Die ganze Anlage ist weitläufig und man fühlt sich sehr sicher dort. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand mit einigen Lokalen.

We stayed in the apartments as a group of four in September 2025. Perfect location with an amazing sea view. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always trying to make guests feel comfortable. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Parking and a great swimming pool are available. We truly enjoyed our time here and left with wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

Die Lage und der griechische Stil vermitteln in fantastisches Urlaubsflair!
Das Apartment war großzügig, ein massiver Safe (mit Schlüssel) vorhanden. Wir hatten zwei Terrassen, jeweils mit Tisch und Stühlen. Neue Fenster, im Schlafzimmer mit Insektenschutz. Die Chefin Karin ist äußerst bemüht und freundlich!

Crete is a big island and the Lassithi region which is 10 min from Agios Nikolaos, a picturesque coastal city, makes for a perfect place to be situated. Despite my initial concerns that the accommodations would be too remote or hard to get to since I really couldn't get a feel for the area using web based maps because there were no pictures showing how the residence was situated to anything. I picked it based on tour book descriptions of the area and the few pics and reviews of the accommodations. We couldn't have found a better place to stay! Plenty of parking if you rent a car, views and vistas to die for, owner and staff that are readily available to help in any way they can, rooms are spacious and contain everything needed (pots, pans, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster - a first out of all the places we stayed in Greece), verandas with flowered pergolas (a Greek staple to be sure) and close to all amenities. This was the true gift and surprise of the residence. While we sat perched up in our private secluded accommodations it was as easy as walking down a private, vegetation covered and romantic twisting staircase which included a seating area part way down where a couple or individual could sit to rest or absorb the surrounds and at the exist of the stairs just across the not busy road were 3 individual restaurants (shout out to Askianos Restaurant who provided my 7 person family with a place to eat when all other places were closed) Paralia Ammoudara, public beach with sun beds and umbrellas plus a small "corner" store with basic core essential items. You can spend all your time at the residence and have a fulfilling vacation. However, it is a quick hop to get to other popular beaches and the quaint city of Agios Nikolaos with easy public paid parking at the harbour that let's you explore and shop on foot to more than enough venues including the terminally romantic Basilico Ristorante right on the harbour.
