Zweckmässig, hübsch, guter Service
Pros:

Der kostenlose Flughafen-Shuttle ist sehr praktisch und zuverlässig. Das Hotel ist wirklich in Flughafennähe, trotzdem kann man in ca. 45 Minuten in der Stadt sein. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt und es hat im Hotel einen kleinen "Snackshop", wo man wenn nachts der kleine Hunger kommt einkaufen kann - alternativ ist vis-à-vis vom Hotel ein riesiger Supermarkt mit Apotheke und sogar ein paar Modegeschäften.

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sei es Rezeption, Bar, Restaurant oder die Fahrer.

Das Hotelfrühstück ist nicht überladen, aber es hat für jeden das Passende dabei und die Qualität der angebotenen Lebensmittel ist hervorragend. Es hat auch eine Auswahl für Allergiker.

Auch bei der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen wäre übertrieben formuliert, aber ich hatte ein Zimmer "in der hintersten Ecke" des Hotels und deshalb kein besonders starkes WLAN-Signal (für Nachrichtendienste und Social Media hat's gereicht, für einen Videocall musste ich jedoch das Zimmer verlassen, was mich aber wenig gestört hat).

Zimmer war top! Personal auch sehr freundlich, insgesamt alles sehr zufriedenstellend.

Cons:

Es wäre ideal gewesen, wenn die Zimmernummern direkt an der Reception angebracht werden könnten, damit man direkt weis, welchen Lift man nehmen soll.
Der Zugang zum Parkplatz ist mit QR Code bisschen umständlich.
Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat: Die E-Ladesäule hatten kein Strom, somit konnte ich mein Auto nicht über Nacht laden.

Palestra ben attrezzata e pulizia. Colazione varia ed abbondante.

Cons:

Il Wi-Fi è veramente pessimo… la rete Vodafone prende poco in quella zona e, un hotel di questa categoria, dovrebbe avere una copertura Wi-Fi migliore mentre invece era uno schifo totale. Io avevo una gara al primo piano e non riuscivo a connettermi né con il mio provider né col Wi-Fi che risultava di una lentezza allucinante.

Bell'hotel con ottimo ristorante
Pros:

Ottima soluzione per visite di lavoro.
L'hotel si trova vicino all'aeroporto di Malpensa ed è un ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare aziende su Milano e Varese anche per effettuare visite turistiche.

Standard double tree. Palestra. Servizi. Atmosfera business.

Cons:

Staff non troppo accogliente. Due errori su addebito / fattura in due soggiorni. Scomodo entrare nel parcheggio con qr code. Alcune camere ormai datate come design.
