Serviceleute nicht ganz auf dem gleichen Niveau. Auswahl Abendessen beschränkt.
I understand that there are some special activities like decrease the pollution of environment and because of that you reduce some stuff like cleaning kits, dental kits but this really isn't likely for the guests.

En general Milán no tiene una buena relación precio calidad y este hotel es un ejemplo de ello.
Las instalaciones son antiguas, el desayuno poco variado y si bien el transporte al aeropuerto es un plus, lo esperamos más de una hora ya que no llegaba en el horario señalado.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel.
When I arrived, I parked my car right in front of the hotel. I was traveling with my car packed, so I went inside to get a ticket for the parking lot so my car was safe. While I was getting the QR code for the parking lot, my car was broken into and all my valuable things (apart from the things like my passport and bank cards, which I took with me inside) were stolen. I was inside for not more than 5 minutes.
When I got the code for the parking lot, I went outside to my car only to realize that my car was broken into. I ran inside to tell the staff, but they acted arrogant and said that I should never leave my car unattended with things inside. Again, I was traveling alone with a full car, so I parked my car RIGHT in front of the hotel and went inside just for 5 minutes to get a QR code to park my car somewhere safe.
The staff was not helpful and I had to wait for a long time as they prioritized guests that wanted to check in even though I asked for help with calling the police. There was more than enough staff to divide check-in and someone to help me call the police, but they did not help me. They acted like this happens a lot and everything was my fault.
I have worked in hotels my whole life and I would NEVER leave someone clearly distressed because of this situation. No compensation, no empathy, nothing. I expected more of a Hilton hotel.
The moral of the story is that there are people at the parking lot of this hotel waiting until someone goes inside to break into cars. It was so quick that it had to be someone already there. Again, not more than 5 minutes. And again, the staff is very unhelpful.
Grosser Frühstückraum und die Tische sind nicht eng gestellt.
Frühstück war ausreichend aber keine grosse Auswahl. Ich würde zu diesem Preis nicht mehr Frühstücken. Ich habe über Booking.com ein Zimmer gebucht. Leider entsprach mein Aufenthalt in mehreren Punkten nicht den Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.
Während meines Aufenthalts musste ich folgende Mängel feststellen:
Das WLAN funktionierte nur sehr sporadisch und war kaum nutzbar.
Im Badezimmer war in den Fugen der Fliesen deutlich Schimmel sichtbar.
Die Armaturen waren teilweise rostig und wirkten ungepflegt.
Besonders unangenehm war für mich die Situation beim Check-out am frühen Morgen. Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, dass ich weder Englisch noch Italienisch spreche und die Erklärungen nicht verstanden habe. Dennoch wurde ich in einem unangemessenen Ton angesprochen. Als Gast eines 4-Sterne-Hotels erwarte ich einen respektvollen Umgang sowie zumindest den Versuch, eine Verständigung zu ermöglichen.
Sehr irritierend waren zudem die Kreditkartenabbuchungen. Obwohl der gebuchte Zimmerpreis 466,52 € betrug, wurden zunächst insgesamt 751,72 € von meiner Kreditkarte eingezogen. Erst nach meiner Reklamation wurden die Buchungen korrigiert und ich erhielt eine entsprechende Abrechnung.
Positiv ist anzumerken, dass die finanzielle Angelegenheit nachträglich geklärt wurde. Dennoch hinterlässt der gesamte Ablauf – insbesondere die Mängel im Zimmer und der Umgang beim Check-out – keinen guten Eindruck.
Unter diesen Umständen kann ich das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
