Gutes Haus in guter Lage
Pros:

Schönes altes Haus. Frühstück reichhaltig. Beim Abendessen wären mehr gegrilltes Gemüse (wofür Italien ja bekannt ist) beim Buffet und eine vegetarische Variante wünschenswert gewesen (allerdings ging das Personal auch sofort und sehr freundlich auf Extrawünsche ein). Also Jammern auf hohen Niveau.

Cons:

Bedienung am Abend im Bereich der Bar hätte öfter vorbeikommen können.

purtroppo il tappetto in camera ha dato particolarmente fastidio per la polvere. la parte veramente negativa è stata il materasso: personalmente non ho mai dormito così male. Peccato perché la struttura ha potenziale e su un hotel 4 stelle s sono cose che non dovrebbero accadere

Weekend a Montegrotto
Pros:

Acque termali ben curate a Montegrotto Terme.
Possibilità di entrare alla spa pagando un supplemento, all'interno della sauna finlandese Augfuss condotto da Max egregiamente.
Un saluto e ringraziamento particolare alla simpatica e preparata Marinella che per l'intero soggiorno ci è stata vicina e disponibile.

Staff disponibile e gentile, camere nella norma, abbiamo fatto pensione completa cibo ottimo, grande quantità di scelta per la colazione, la parte della spa molto bella e pulita, consiglio di fare i massaggi, staff qualificato, bravissimi.

Cons:

Gestirei meglio la confusione all'interno della spa, molto affollata e rumorosa, insomma bisognerebbe rilassarsi, mi sembrava di stare al mercato. Consiglio inoltre di mettere un aspiratore nel bagno visto che è senza finestra. Nonostante il termo fosse spento, abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte, troppo caldo.

Overall, a very pleasant stay with an excellent spa and outstanding dinners, though the rooms could benefit from some up
Pros:

The spa was excellent. There is a separate, relatively new spa complex with beautiful thermal pools, everything feels modern and very well maintained. I also liked that day visitors have their own pool area, which helps keep the main spa quieter even though many people come during the day. The outdoor thermal pools were especially enjoyable, even in January.

The food was another highlight. Dinners were outstanding — both in presentation and taste, almost at a Michelin-star level. There was always a choice between meat, fish, or vegetarian dishes, plus a very good salad bar. Breakfast was a standard buffet, and lunch offered a salad bar and a small selection of hot dishes.

The hotel also has a very good gym, which I used during my stay. It is divided into two areas: one more for strength training and another space that can be used for stretching or individual workouts.

The staff was friendly and helpful. For example, when I asked for a kettle for hot water, they could not provide one but kindly offered a thermos instead. They were also flexible when I needed to shorten my stay — although it was technically not possible, the manager helped arrange a partial refund.

Cons:

The room looked similar to the photos, but in reality it felt a bit more dated. The building itself is historic and the hotel seems to preserve that atmosphere — for example, there is a charming old-style elevator. However, the rooms could benefit from some renovation, especially the bathrooms.

The location is fairly neutral. There are places to walk nearby, but it is not a particularly scenic or nature-focused setting.
