Struttura ben tenuta, considerando l'epoca di costruzione, stanze ristrutturate e belle piscine con acqua termale. Buona posizione anche per uscire dalla struttura e fare una passeggiata verso il centro di Montegrotto.

La cortesia del personale e la parte esterna del giardino e piscine

Cons:

L' ascensore è antidiluviano. In struttura erano presenti tante famiglie con bambini quando era espressamente dichiarato nel regolamento che i minori di 16 anni non erano ammessi. La colazione di domenica piuttosto disorganizzata. Per l'enormità che abbiamo pagato non è stato un servizio adeguato.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l’hôtel en particulier le petit déjeuner et la piscine extérieur avec beaucoup de place pour se reposer. Nous avons pu également arriver à minuit suite à un retard de notre avion.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre tout près de l’ascenseur et ça faisait beaucoup de bruit cela m’a réveillé à plusieurs reprises. En outre le complexe spa est vieillissant.

Discreta struttura termale ma servizio decisamente da migliorare.
Pros:

Le piscine sono carine, ma la struttura nel complesso mostra i segni del tempo, soprattutto in alcune aree. La parte più moderna è il nuovo centro benessere, che è davvero apprezzabile. Bella la nuova zona Green delle camere vicino alle piscine, Abbiamo usufruito di piscine e centro benessere, ma non abbiamo provato i massaggi, quindi su quelli non posso esprimermi. bar e il ristorantino della piscina sono accoglienti, con cibi semplici ma buoni. Il servizio in piscina è stato ottimo, e lo staff molto educato e gentile. L’accoglienza del centro benessere, invece, potrebbe migliorare. La posizione dell’hotel è comoda e immersa nei Colli Euganei, offrendo un contesto davvero suggestivo.

Cons:

Il check-in è stato sbrigativo e poco professionale, senza fornirci indicazioni. Siamo entrati nel centro benessere senza controllo, poi ci è stato addebitato l’accesso (27 € a testa) di cui non eravamo stati informati. In altri centri benessere, è incluso o comunicato subito. Il servizio di accoglienza merita 1 sia alla reception che nella spa. Anche la gestione dei teli (30 € se non riconsegnati o se non riconsegnata la tessera) è confusa. La struttura è datata, si nota ovunque.
