Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit toller Lage und sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend: Mit der Tram ist man in etwa fünf Minuten am Bahnhof Amsterdam Zuid. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und angenehm, mit zwei Supermärkten sowie einem Käse- und einem Fischladen in direkter Nähe.

Personal:
Das Personal war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Jede Frage wurde freundlich beantwortet, und man fühlte sich gut betreut.

Cons:

Frühstück:
Man wird satt, aber die Auswahl könnte größer sein. Morgens war es oft eng, da es wenig Platz gab, um das Tablett abzustellen und die Speisen auszuwählen. Eine bessere Anordnung des Buffets würde helfen, Warteschlangen zu vermeiden und den Ablauf angenehmer zu gestalten. Auch die Auswahl an Speisen fand ich eher gering.

Zimmer:
Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings merkt man, dass das Hotel eine Renovierung gebrauchen könnte – der Teppichboden hat viele Flecken. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, und es gibt keine Abluftmöglichkeit, wodurch die Luft etwas stickig wirkt. Ein kleiner Hocker im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers sowie ein Schuhlöffel wären praktisch. Im Badezimmer hätte ich mir außerdem eine Toilettenbürste gewünscht.
Ich übernachte sehr oft in Hotels dieser Kette und war bisher fast immer zufrieden. Dieses Mal gab es jedoch ein paar Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. Insgesamt trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr guter Lage und sehr freundlichem Personal.

Großes Zimmer
Lange Frühstückszeiten
Servicepersonal am Ostermontag war sehr aufmerksam. Es wurde kontinuierlich nachgefüllt und die Tische sofort gereinigt , wenn sie frei wurden.

Möbel etwas abgenutzt, aber sauber
Servicepersonal am Ostersonntag wirkte völlig überfordert und wenig motiviert. Es mußte das Personal der Rezeption mithelfen. Als wir um 09.00 zum Frühstück kamen, gab es keine Teller, keine Messer, nur ein paar Tassen. Es war alles leer gegessen. Das Auffüllen dauerte mindestens eine halbe Stunde, da auch Brötchen aufgebacken werden mußten und solange war nur Toastbrot erhältlich. Um 10.15. war dann alles komplett aufgefüllt, inkl. warme Croissants und die Frühstückszeit fast um.
