Palazzo Radomiri Heritage Boutique Hotel

היה רעש טרטור מנוע מזגן כל מספר שניות ללא הפסקה בכל השהות. לא עשו כלום עם זה למרות כל בקשותינו. היו המון מדרגות להרים את כל המזוודות והציעו עזרה. ממלון בסכום פי 3 מכל מקום אחר, עם מדרגות בלבד, אני מצפה גם שייקחו מזוודות ויעזרו בלי שנבקש. לא הסכימו לתת לנו דקה אחרי 11 לצ'ק אאוט אפילו שממש ביקשנו (הייתה ממש לא אדיבה). והנגישו לנו את החדר לא דקה לפני 15:00. לא הייתה גמישות בכלום. והשהיה שם הייתה מאכזבת כי לבית מלון מגיעים לשקט ושלווה ולא למנוע מטרטר בלי הפסקה במשך 5 ימים ברציפות. זה הרס את כל החוויה. במיוחד כשאמרו כל הזמן ש"אין מה לעשות עם זה", זה בעיה של הקבלן עם המזגן/זה השכנים זה לא אנחנו ועוד תירוצים עלובים.

The drinks were overpriced, 330ml beer @ €5.50, wine @ €9.90 (10% added for service charge)
There was a pool but no view of the bay from that area so we didn't use it at all during our week's stay
The breakfast was not great. A basket of bread between 2, but stale except the 2 croissants which were fine. A bowl of large fruit and a selection of cake was available to help yourself. A choice of eggs or a bowl of berries, yoghurt and granola could be ordered. Lunch and evening menu was pizza or pinsa and available to walk ins.
On our last day, Saturday, a large noisy family, nothing to do with the hotel, arrived and took over a large part of the pier area which made it very uncomfortable for hotel guests.

The hotel jetty doesn’t provide enough shade in the day for guests unless you don’t mind sitting around the tables set up for outside customers at the restaurant.

Nothing- it was wonderful

Took over 24 hours to get the aircon looked at - I reported it early on that I didn't think it was working, had someone in to look at it and not sure if it ever really worked. Room never felt cool in the 35 degree heat which was a pity given how nice the place was in general. Plus watch out for the steps - lots of steps but that's just Montenegro and the Bay of Kotor in general!

There is nothing not to like about the property, it is a lovely, independent hotel ran by knowledgeable and welcoming staff who couldn’t have been nicer to us!

Very few nearby restaurants and only one in reasonable walking distance, given how hot the summer is. There are bikes and the like but really there needs to be a golf cart to take guests places. (The hotel restaurant is good but its menu is limited.)

The hotel website gives information about an amazing restaurant this didn’t exist. The menu was pasta and pizza. There was all free yoga classes on the website these did not exist. The water from the taps in the hotel is salty so you have salty showers no fresh water supplied for drinking or making coffee you have to pay for it. Dirty plates and dishes left on the terrance waiters walking past not clearing up. Free hire bikes were unsafe no brakes flat tyres and loose seats. We had to hire our own.

La salle de bain vraiment minuscule et minable.

Le petit-déj : un buffet très réduits, un panier de tranches de pain déjà coupées à l'avance donc avec du pain déjà sec. Le plat à choisir à la carte était bien heureusement mais l'ensemble n'était pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel.

Le service : la 1ère réceptionniste était adorable, ce qui n'a pas été le cas des 2 autres. L'une nous a certifié qu'il n'existait pas d'excusion d'1h30 pour faire Perast et l'île Lady of the rocks et qu'il n'y avait que l'excursion de 3h alors qu'en réalité cette excursion existe bien. On lui a dit et elle a été très désagréable. L'autre réceptionniste devait revenir vers nous pour nous donner des informations et ne l'a jamais fait.

Les tables sur le ponton n'étaient jamais débarassées et les verres sales restaient tout l'après-midi.

Les serveurs étaient plutôt occupés sur leur smartphone !

Das Frühstück war leider etwas unorganisiert (Nachfüllen der Wasser- und Saftkrüge nur auf Anfrage, Personal bereits mit wenigen Gästen überfordert). Auch das Abendessen können wir leider nicht empfehlen (teure Gerichte und mangelhafte Qualität) - lieber auswärts essen.

Beim Betreten unserer Familiensuite fiel die nasse Decke im Flur auf, aus der es tropfte. Offensichtlich schon ein längeres Problem... Die kommenden 2 Tage wurde das Problem so behoben, dass ein Handtuch auf den Boden gelegt wurde, auf dass das Wasser tropfen konnte. Danach kam ein Techniker, der das Problem "behob", die Decke blieb dennoch nass.
Man darf die Klimaanlage nachts nicht zu tief einstellen, denn dann hört man die Pumpe, die das Wasser abpumpt. Nachts musste mein Mann immer wieder mal nachjustieren :-/

Wir liehen an einem Tag Fahrräder, was grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Idee ist, diese zur Verfügung zu stellen. Leider sind ALLE Fahrräder in einem SEHR schlechten Zustand und es ist gefährlich mit ihnen zu fahren, denn an einem funktionierte die Bremse noch ein wenig, an dem anderen Fahrrad gar nicht mehr, so dass mein Mann mit den Füßen bremsen musste. Ich gab der Chefin darauf den Hinweis, dass die Bremsen nicht funktionieren. Sie bedankte sich zwar, sagte aber auch, dass viele Menschen die Fahrräder nutzen (so nach dem Motto, dass das dann ja normal sei, dass die Räder nicht funktionieren).
Zudem waren wir überrascht, dass wir das ausgeliehene SUP und ein Kayak zusätzlich zahlen mussten. Niemand informierte uns vorab, dass es zusätzlich kostet. Das SUP stand offen zur Verfügung (in einem Gang neben den Fahrrädern), so dass man es sich einfach nehmen konnte. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von 450€ die Nacht erwarte ich, dass so ein Angebot zum Service dazu gehört!!! Insbesondere vor den Unannehmlichheiten, die wir mit der Klimaanlage hatten, wäre es das Mindeste gewesen, dass man uns hier keine zusätzlichen Kosten in Rechnung gestellt hätte...das wäre mal Gäste - und Serviceorientierung gewesen.Grundsätzlich wünsche ich mir von einem solchen Haus mit diesem Preisgefüge eine qualifiziertere Gästeorientierung.
