Pros:

Very old building, you can hear everything going on outside even from the 5th floor. Stayed one night and was not able to sleep at all.

You get what you pay for

Good bed, easy parking, nice sized room, good tv.

However our room had no exterior windows, mold issues, low water pressure, low hot water, and intermittent internet.

Olores desagradables en las areas comunes, mucho ruido desde las 7am y hasta muy tarde dentro del mismo hotel irrespetando asi el merecido descanso de los huespedes,no hay señales que indiquen que estarian reparando algo en algun horario simplemente los golpes te despiertan!

The property was nice, had some markets close by and some options for restaurants, you could hear the music from the club a couple buildings down all night, which drew me to go out and hang at the club all night, the beds were like sleeping on concrete. The staff was very nice and professional, and allowed me to have a late check out, overall 4 stars.

No creo que sea 3 estrellas, esta propiedad debe ser 2 estrellas entonces fue impactante.
1. El área es bastante gris y sola, me dio miedo desde que llegué.
2. Así mismo, en la noche llegué de vuelta y tenían trabada la puerta de entrada (asumo lógicamente por seguridad) pero me quedé afuera unos minutos mientras abrían y me puso nerviosa toda esa situación.
3. El pasillo estaba oscuro, no fue hasta que consulté si no tenían iluminación que me dijeron que tenía que prenderla yo (y dónde).
4. La ducha es un chorro de agua, no tenía regadera.
5. El agua caliente hay que esperar varios minutos a que salga - en el lavamanos nunca me salió caliente.
6. El televisor era bastante viejo, le daba una sensación más tétrica a la habitación.
7. Se oía todos los ruidos del pasillo.
8. Siento que con algunas de estas cosas, el staff pudo haber advertido (iluminación del pasillo, agua caliente)
