Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, freundliches Personal, geräumiges Zimmer, gute Lage.

Cons:

zu kalt - Heizung war nicht richtig heiß, viele Ausstattungsdetails sind in die Jahre gekommen (auch wenn alles sehr gepflegt und sauber war)

We enjoyed our stay and would look at this hotel again for the next time in Gerlos as one of the opt
Pros:

The location, close to Gerlos, walking distance from Apres Ski, walking distance from the Dorpsbahn skilift.
The hotel provided us with a locker at the Dorpsbahn, which was very convenient and saved us from walking with our ski shoes for the 400meters.
Easy parking across the hotel.
Good breakfast.
Friendly helpful staff, at reception most spoke Dutch as well.
Good comfortable bed.

Cons:

Not a dislike, would have made it better, I missed an AC charger (11Kw) to be able to charge my electric car.
The room was a bit lower than a normal room, this felt a bit cramped at first (I am 190m long)
The bathroom was a bid small, it had everything, it could have been a little bit larger for more comfort.

Pros:

Vriendelijke hotelier en personeel, schoon en comfortabel. Best uitgebreide wellness.
Goed ontbijt. Op loop afstand van het centrum.
Vanuit het hotel was er een locker geregeld bij de Dorfbahn, alles elke ochtend warm en droog, super!

Cons:

Het hotel is wel wat verouderd. Maar heeft ook weer zijn charme.

Top, aan iedereen aan te raden.
Pros:

Super locatie, fijn dat je al een locker krijgt bij het depot van de dorfbahn om je materiaal in te leggen. Het ontbijt is ruim, voor ieder wat wils, met als toppunt dat naast het lopend buffet er nog ruime keuze is aan koffie die geserveerd wordt.

Cons:

Niet direct minpunten aanwezig, hoofdkussen van het bed was voor mij te zacht.

Het was jammer dat het restaurant niet meer bestaat. Daarnaast was er geen koffie op de kamer.

heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Erg goed.

Diner was niet mogelijk. Dit was jammer voor zo’n comfortable hotel.

Waren heerlijke dagen in Hotel Kristall!
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel, met alle gemakken voor de wintersport. Dichtbij de gondel en als extra een locker kaartje voor bij de gondel om je spullen op te ruimen ( kregen we van hotel)
Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en lekker ontbijt, uitgebreid. De wellness was eveneens heerlijk en schoon. 3 sauna's en een zwembad met ligbedjes.

Cons:

Alles oké!
