Ein enttäuschter Gast
Pros:

die Betten sind bequem und das Zimmer ist sauber; es gibt eine Klimaanlage; ich schätze die günstige Verkehrslage (die Lage hat aber auch Nachteile) und den bisher immer freien Parkplatz.

Cons:

Minibar nicht befüllt, für mich nicht akzeptabel - ich greife gerne mal zu und zahle auch dafür; ich mag auch nicht unbedingt in die überteuerte Bar in der Lobby mit dem gelangweilten Personal gehen - hat den Charme einer Sitzgruppe im Einkaufscenter; vor allem wird das Erlebnis mit jedem Besuch schlechter; es gibt in der Umgebung keine Möglichkeit etwas einzukaufen oder auch nur Essen zu gehen - es gibt nur die Möglichkeit mit der U-Bahn (auch nicht ganz in der Nähe) in die Innenstadt zu fahren; recht laute Klimaanlage

Pyszne śniadania, na życzenie otrzymaliśmy Pieczywo bezglutenowe, uprzednio podgrzane co ma kluczowe znaczenie w przypadku pieczywa gluten free. Wygodne łóżko oraz życzliwy i pomocny personel hotelu, oceniam na duży plus.

The staff were amazing and friendly and helpful!

One of our rooms had
1. an AC which did not cool down properly
2. a dirty mirror
3. a really bad smell
4. we think 3star hotels should not have carpet
