The stay was ok overall, what i really appreciated is the reactivity of the staff especially customer experience manager Mme Chaima , she was so nice and helpful and tried her best to fix some issue related with the facility by changing the room immediately and proposing upgrades.

Cons:

The food was average and rooms require renovation.
Also we noticed a lot of mosquitos in the room.

Excellent séjour en famille ! Hôtel chaleureux et parfaitement adapté aux familles. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours aux petits soins.
La cuisine est délicieuse, avec de très bonnes spécialités tunisiennes, et la plage est magnifique avec une eau cristalline.
Un grand merci à Monsieur Noureddine pour son accueil et son professionnalisme dès notre arrivée. Les animations pour petits et grands sont au top.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

J’ai bien aimé l’accueil que nous qu’on nous a réservé à notre arrivée l’attention du panier de Fruit dans notre chambre la bienveillance des personnes à l’accueil
J’ai eu droit à une petite séance de massage extraordinaire par Kalthoum, elle est vraiment extra

Cons:

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’est qu’il manque des choses pour les touristes autour de l’hôtel, la wi-fi catastrophe, je trouve pour les activités pour enfants, c’est pas si top, et le buffet pour le petit déjeuner aussi c’est à revoir, nous n’avons pas aimé

Hotel à beaucoup de potentiel mais hélas il se détériore.

Hotel très arboré

Cons:

Je me suis blessé le pied avec le chemin en bois tout pourri.
Aucune chaînes tv française ( sois disant en maitenance; depuis le début de l année).
Bar , restaurant sur la plage fermé.
Impossible d avoir le tout inclu même avec booking.
Hotel à besoin d entretien..
J ai ramassé tout les jours des plastiques sur la plage.bouteille, sacs, polystyrène etc...
Pas de service de nettoyage. Sauf le dernier jour le 23/05

This is my second stay at the Africa Jade, and once again, the thalassotherapy centre has been the highlight of the experience. But what truly sets this place apart is the quality of the care and the attentiveness of the team. Every request is met with warmth and genuine consideration.

I had the pleasure of booking a massage session, and I was looked after by Salma, whose gentle and professional made the experience truly memorable. She has a natural kindness about her that creates an immediate sense of calm.

After each session, I found myself leaving with a real sense of peace that carried through the rest of my day. It’s that kind of care that transforms a pleasant hotel stay into something you genuinely look forward to returning to.
