Nydelig hotell, topp service

A family destination wedding (a big fat Greek one) brought us to Andros. My wife and I and another couple ended up staying at Micra Anglia for four nights and that was a fantastic choice. The location is great should you decide to stay in Hora (Χώρα in Greek - that's how the Islanders call the city of Andros. There's a guest parking lot across the street and you get your own remote gate opener.
The service is fantastic. Everyone working at the hotel are so friendly and nice and welcoming. We've got only very positive comments to make.
The food is great -- field to table type of deal and the quality is there to prove it. My very personal favorite was the risotto calamari...it was divine. If you happen to be in Andros you must visit Dolly's (their restaurant) and try it. Perhaps it would be a good idea to chat with the lovely restaurant manager so she can suggest a nice wine to go with it. I had a Potamisi (local white wine) and loved it, but they've got others for you to choose from. All-in-all a great experience. Thank you all at Micra Anglia for making our stay so memorable.

After initially having a room with some degree of noise from the reception area, we were moved immediately to a much quieter room which met our needs for our 2 week stay. The team could not have been more friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In fact we feel like we made some very good friends and were sad to leave. We found our little piece of heaven and will definitely be back. Thank you to you all. X

Micra Anglia was a lovely Boutique Hotel. It was spotlessly clean everywhere. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. George in particular should have a special mention. The food was brilliant and breakfasts were very relaxed with homemade and farm fresh foods.

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome and the staff in all areas were so helpful and attentive. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and cannot thank them enough for making the start to our Greek Odyssey so wonderful.

Excellent staff very helpful warm and enthusiastic. The room was comfortable and well designed. The only negative was the pool was very small.

Gorgeous and truly elegant. Impeccable service and care - the best of Greek hospitality! Cannot recommend enough. Location perfect for a beautiful stroll in the historic streets of Andros. Lots of restaurant options in walking distance. An authentic experience free of the tourist masses.
Did not get a chance to use the spa (no time), but next time would love to indulge. The food and service at the hotel restaurant (Dolly) is sumptuous and service excellent. Breakfast was complete and yummy!

I ended up leaving some valuables at the hotel by mistake. I was contacted right away and they kindly organized a delivery (via taxi) at my car rental return point near Gavrio. So grateful!

Fantastiskt fint hotell med utmärkt service och fina rum. Mindre poolområde med fin utsikt. Bra läge bara några minuters gångväg till gågatan i Chora. Tar ca 10 minuter att gå till den bättre stranden, nerför dit, uppför hem.

Loved how it was right by the "downtown Andros" road. The sea view rooms are worth it!

Beautiful hotel with extremely comfortable and well decorated rooms. An amazing welcome - help with luggage, complimentary homemade lemonade and local treats. Very near the centre to walk out.

We loved this hotel, which was made particularly special by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who went above and beyond their roles to ensure we had a good stay. We didn't get to eat in the restaurant but the buffet breakfast was excellent

Πολύ ομόρφο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της χώρας της Άνδρου. Κοντά στις 2 παραλίες της χώρας με ιδιωτικό πάρκιγκ. Το πρωινό ήταν πάρα πολυ καλό και το προσωπικό πάντα διαθέσιμο να εξυπηρετήσει.

Location is superb: view of hills, sea, centrally located. Close to bus, good restaurants, good swimming

The staff was courteous and provided excellent service. Housekeeping &restaurant staff did a superior job.
