Hotel incrível, jantar variado todos os dias, funcionários super simpáticos, ótima localização.

Le personnel était très gentil et aimable.
La localisation de l’hôtel est bien, proche des plages et de la rue principale avec plein de magasins.
Les animateurs sont sympas, les animations du soir étaient cool, les enfants ont bien aimé.
Les piscines étaient bien, assez grande même en période d’été.

The breakfast was perfect every morning.
The room was cleaned perfectly everyday.
The staff was very very helpful with a situation me and my family had.
The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect for a nice relaxing holiday.
I have been to this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years and I’m already looking forward to booking for next year to come back again!
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We were in Salou in the beginning of Septemer with a group of friends. Our stay was fenomenal, same as the bartenders - David, Duran, Juan Carrlos, shoutout for them for making our stay incredible. Good drinks and amazing vibe, thanks. And ofc Cristina and Maria.

Hotel was clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful. Especially bar staff David and Ivan! Location was perfect, beach, shops and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk. Plenty of food choice at the buffet. Definitely recommend.

We had a terrible experience during our stay. The bathroom was filthy. No staff spoke English except at the reception. The food in the restaurant was boring, the black mussels at one dinner were of particularly poor quality and not suitable. The restaurant staff either did not speak English or pretended not to when you asked them for something.

1st night kept awake with hen party till 3am next door why would you put these people next to familys and older people? when they left we had stag do across hall so we basically never slept. Lifts never working and filthy not good when you are on 5th floor. Cleaners great rooms kept tidy. Bar staff good until you ask for chips or toastie which we have already paid for in all inclusive why offer these things if the staff make you feel awkward. Food at dinner in evening was very poor indeed. Sport school kids arrived shouting swearing playing loud music at pool day and night all reported you did nothing about the behaviour in fact Maria let them carry on until managers came out and she saw them. You say entertainment was included she did 1 quiz and 3 games of water polo the whole week do not quite know what she is employed to do.. We also have worked all year to pay for a holiday all inclusive inc entertainment.our 2nd time here it has went downhill its a nightmare will never reurn. Was absolutely fantastic 2years ago when we 1st came now its a school kids and hen stag hotel. Do not recommend at all terrible place. They are not interested just want to make money.

Great location, close to beaches but away from the main strip. The rooms were plenty spacious enough and spotlessly clean, as was the entire hotel. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. The quality of the food was excellent with a wide range of choice every day. The staff were professional, approachable and friendly - all in all we couldn't have asked for a better hotel and would definitely stay there again should we visit the same area.
