Clean rooms, comfy beds and really nice pool area. Shame about the feral lads who ruined the last couple of days.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable which is great. We really like the pool area and they had plenty of sun loungers which was fab. The reception area was always spotless and the breakfast was good. The bar men were really friendly as well and make a lovely Sangria!

Cons:

The food on an evening was terrible most nights, serving pigs trotters was wild but one evening they did do a nice roast beef. There should be more of that, the other nights I struggled finding anything nice and had to have late lunches so I wasn’t hungry.

Another event that we didn’t like was due to some lads checking in and being very noisy from their balcony, that same evening me and my husband were sat at the chair area outside with our drinks and one of the lads urinated over their balcony which was absolutely disgusting and fell onto a couple different tables and chairs. My husband went to the reception and spoke with I believe was a manager who said ‘sorry about that’ came out to look and went straight back in. Never even cleaned it until the next morning which was shocking. This put us off sitting outside for the rest of our holiday which wasn’t nice. They should have been kicked out of the hotel in my opinion.

Me desapareció una batería externa recién comprada y no se porque . He tenido que llamar 4 días diferentes para ver si había aparecido puesto que no me decían nada al respecto hasta que finalmente tras más de una semana de espera me han dado una respuesta negativa. Es el único pero que puedo poner pero esta batería nunca salió de la habitación.

More like a 2 star

Room cramped and although cleaners in every day, they don’t do a very thorough job. Sound proofing horrendous, snorer in next room & you would have thought he was in same room. Food very poor and always cold. Pool area cleaned in the morning but not done throughout the day. Furnishings in reception ripped and just covered up. Overall decor poor - entertainment is non existent - kids entertainment is same 3 songs every night, kids entertainment during the day around the pool again non existent - entertainer not interested at all - location is in grubby run down area
