Nous sommes arrivés vers 18h30 avec notre véhicule personnel, ayant choisi cet hôtel notamment parce qu’il indiquait disposer d’un parking. À notre grande surprise, aucune place n’était disponible. Nous avons passé plus de 4 heures à chercher une place à l’extérieur. À plusieurs reprises, nous avons demandé de l’aide au personnel, qui nous conseillait simplement d’aller nous garer… au parking de Port Aventura, situé à 6 km de l’hôtel !

Une fois dans notre chambre, nouvelle déception : elle ressemblait à un véritable taudis. La climatisation faisait un bruit insupportable, rendant le séjour encore plus désagréable.

En résumé : hôtel à fuir, entre le manque total d’organisation pour le stationnement et la qualité médiocre des chambres. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
