Llevo años disfrutando la semana de pascua y me gusta por proximidad y por la ubicacion al mar.

Cons:

Este año, he venido un poco cansada con el bufet. No es q sea escaso, pero si muy repetitivo y de calidad media. En lo que si quiero incidir, es en la poca cortesia que tienen con los clientes de todos los años. En mi caso cogemos cuatro habitaciones porque vamos toda la familia, y a pesar de escribirles por si teniamos algun descuento, y nada, ni caso. Muy poca generosidad por su parte.

Overall a nice hotel, reasonably priced
Pros:

Located right on the beach in a quiet location but close enough if you want to go into the centre. We loved renting bikes and visiting Cambrils / Salou along the Coastal Path.
Food had a good variety and for the price it was a great value for money hotel. Room was cleaned very well daily. Roof Top and Spa were a nice added extra (cost extra) but I assume in peak season there wouldn’t be much room as the spa was very busy, we originally got turned away by the rude spa receptionist but then was able to book online so we turned up again 10 minutes later and they let us in. We booked a rooftop bed for extra money but people had taken it when we got up there. I expect these services will become problematic during busier times.

Cons:

Our Aircon did not work. Was not too much of a problem as the weather was not too hot so we just opened the balcony door and dealt with it. The drains in the bathroom smelt.
Some of the food was inedible but there’s enough variety for something for everyone. All the pools were freezing so unusable during our stay.

5estrelas o unico problema ter de regressar a casa.
Pros:

O alojamneto é 5estrelas. Os funcionários muito simpaticos, os quartos sao limpos todas as noite assim como a troca de toalhas. O pequeno almoço e o jantar tem muita variedade, todos os produtos sao frescos e de boa qualidade. Sem duvida recomendo e voltarei

Nao poder subir ao á terraça no piso superior. É exclusiva para clientes premium mas nao havia qualquer indicação de como poderiamos fazer para ter acesso

Gracias a todo el excelente personal del hotel Best maritim por habernos dado un trato excepcional y por habernos hecho sentir como en casa, los recuerdos y los momentos vividos ahí perdurarán con el tiempo y se harán todavía mejores con el paso del tiempo. Ya queda menos para volver otra vez.

Cons:

Han reducido bastante personal y aunque lo intentan no llegan en el comedor y en la cafetería otros años nos regalaban un día de spa y este año lo ha quitado es el cuarto año seguido que venimos a este hotel
