Our stay was very enjoyable, staff were excellent.
Pros:

Location is great, lovely walks to Salou and Cambrills.
Bus stop right outside the door. Brilliant to be on the beach and loads of loungers at the pool and at a quieter area away from the pool. I stayed last year also. Will be back very soon.

Cons:

The area around the front of the hotel was lovely but further down the street was very untidy, the bins area was especially bad.

Pros:

Buffets super comme toujours. Manque du jambon ibérique... Problème d'occupation dès l'aurore des chaises longues et autres par des serviettes de clients qui monopolisent toute la journée

Cons:

Las vistas de la habitación, nos toco Justo encima de donde entra el personal del restaurante y se oye mucho ruido.
Nos hubiera gustado que en el restaurante a la hora de comer, hubiera alguna opción de legumbres (cocido de garbanzos, alubias, lentejas…) para los niños es una gran opción a parte de arroz y pasta.

La ubicación, la minidisco para niños, el aquagym… vaya, lo que hacen los animadores. El precio de las bebidas del bar muy bien y la parte de arriba con las camas balinesas y los jacuzzis genial.

Cons:

Empezemos por el comedor, algo flojo. Si eres celiaco como en nuestro caso, aunque en la web ponga que están preparados para ello, no es cierto, hay contaminación cruzada y tienes que hablar con el jefe de cocina para que te haga algo sin contaminación. El jefe de sala no sirve para nada, no se entera de nada. A parte bebidas de la comida y cena no incluidas y todas carísimas.
El spa muy flojo, la piscina estaba fría y no apetecía nada entrar. Menos mal que nos dieron la entrada gratis, si no hubiera perdido dinero.
El aparcamiento carísimo y nunca había sitio.
Las habitaciones por el precio que tienen son muy básicas y la limpieza un poco justita.
Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas nos ha decepcionado bastante. No volveremos.

Bien, pero un camarero del Buffet fue irrespetuoso

Nos hicieron un upgrade gratuito, con habitación con Vistas al mar y a la piscina

Cons:

Un camarero durante el buffet, apartó el carro de nuestro bebé, porque le molestaba la ubicación.
Le dije que si había que mover el carro, me pidiera permiso. Acto seguido el camarero, volvió a mover el carro y dijo: " Pasa algo por hacer esto? "
Para evitar el bochorno, no le contesté y me quejé en recepción. En cualquier otra empresa ese empleado estaría despedido, en este hotel lo tuvimos que aguantar el resto de la estancia.
Me llega a pasar sin la familia delante, y lo reeduco rápidamente.
