Me llamaron desde resección a decirme que había ocurrido un problema y no iban a respetar la reserva fueron bastante groseros y no ofrecieron ninguna solución la respuesta fue [Demalas]

Pésimo no respetaron la reserva , cuando llegamos al hotel la recepcionista en una muy mala actitud indicó que ya no tenían espacio y que el hotel no respeta las reservas de booking no ofrecieron ninguna solución y la respuesta fue [Demalas]
