One child under 12 years of age stays free of charge when using existing beds in the Twin Rooms. Double and Queen rooms can only accommodate 1 child under 12 if he/she is accompanied by an adult. Children between 12 and 18 years old pay $80.000 COP/person/night plus 19% VAT.
Adults can not be accommodated in the rooms. Please note only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa that have been in the country for less than 6 months, according to Colombian law are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay.

Hotel tem boa estrutura, limpo e novo. Area do café da manha é legal, comida de qualidade. Quarto com bom tamanho, cama confortável. Funcionários do hotel foram receptivos e nos ajudaram no dia a dia. Inclusive pessoal da cozinha/bar, pois, como estávamos com bebê, ajudaram a nas ações corriqueiras
Não gostei que o hotel não fornece duas chaves (cartão) por quarto. Como estava eu e minha esposa (com filho bebe), tinhamos que subir e descer em horários diferentes, e a ausencia de uma segunda chave atrapalhava na hora de chamar o elevador e acessar ao quarto. Isso poderia ser melhorado
Que no me dieron factura para la empresa. Les di los datos al hacer el checkin y no dijeron nada. Hasta ahora responden que no la dan.
