Important information:

Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.

Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological parent - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).

If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel.

The Lobby and the restaurant are being refurbished, there will be alternate spaces where the services of these two places will be provided.

Bonito, pero no tanto
Pros:

El hall muy acogedor, buen desayuno, habitaciones amplias, buenas camas, ubicación medianamente buena.

Cons:

El personal de recepción bastante nefasto, y sin discutir en ningún momento, poco servicial, no te ayudaban con nada, ni te recomendaban restaurantes, ni a dónde ir de la ciudad ni absolutamente nada, ni para que te ayuden con las maletas, Ni para cambiar dinero, y para reservar una excursión a la catedral de la sal casi que te están haciendo un favor. Sobre todo una chica de pelo oscuro y tez clara… parece que te miran raro desde que entras al hotel, les falta decir “y tú qué quieres”. Bastante mal servicio…
Los de la puerta y el coche que te lleva a zipaquira, muy amables.
El servicio del desayuno, también bastante flojo, nunca estaba bien puesta la mesa, siempre faltaba algún vaso o cubierto o tazas para café, platos y lo pedías y tardaban mucho. Con lo fácil que es poner bien una mesa y dejarla puesta, lo mismo, pedías un huevo estrellado o algo diferente, y el cocinero muy amable igual que las personas que te atienden pero poco eficientes. Hay que pedir todo 4 veces y me pasó casi todos los días. La piscina estuvo cerrada todos los días de mi estancia, lo cual para mí era un factor importante para escoger este hotel. La terraza de arriba muerta.
El aire de la habitación no se podía modificar. Esto es terrible en un hotel 5 estrellas, debería poder ponerse el aire acondicionado a la temperatura que el cliente desee. El agua de la ducha sin mucha presión

Creo que tiene potencial, pero tienen que tener en general mejor staff o más preparado, sobre todo en frontdesk para atender. Todos los que me tocaron se sentían divinos. Y eso que están hablando en mi idioma.
