Important information:

Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.

Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological parent - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).

If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel.

The Lobby and the restaurant are being refurbished, there will be alternate spaces where the services of these two places will be provided.

Pros:

The breakfast was truly brilliant, offering excellent service and delightful food. Each day presented a wonderful variety of fruit and hot food options. Our sincere thanks go to the chef for such a remarkable culinary experience. We would also like to express our gratitude to Viviana, who was exceptionally helpful, polite, and professional. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the housekeeping team deserves commendation for their excellent work. We will most certainly be returning.

Overpriced for the services they offer.
Pros:

People were help full and friendly. Location was good

Cons:

Toilet seat was broken, reported it at the start of our stay, it was never fixed, double room and only 3 towels in the room, asked for more, never received them. Had to ask for toilet paper. Garbage bin were not emptied, they forgot to make up room one day….

Pros:

Very delicious breakfast and very good location.

Cons:

It's possible to find similar accommodation for a lower price in Bogota.
On the arrival the escalators didn't work and we had to climb to 8 floor carrying luggages. And then the room amenities were only for 2 people when we booked for 3.
It's not possible to regulate temperature in the shower.
