Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological parent - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel.
The Lobby and the restaurant are being refurbished, there will be alternate spaces where the services of these two places will be provided.

Buffet, atención oportuna en recepción
Temperatura de la habitación aunque se sale de las manos el clima, no era normal el frío que se sentía en la habitación un tema de arquitectura no se pero aun con el aire apagado se sentía aire frío en el ambiente como si siguiera entrando por los conductos de ventilación aire.
Les toco mandar mantas maquina de calefacción pero el problema va mas allá es un tema de conductos de ventilacion.
Vivo en Bogotá se que es el frio por eso se que no era normal.
Amo los pisos de ese hotel. No hay alfombras en los cuartos lo cual es buenísimo e higiénico.

En las habitaciones se escucha mucho las otras habitaciones, y sonidos externos.
I stayed here while I was in a business trip. This is the first time and the last time. The rooms are average and the beds not comfortable. The service is terrible. There was not enough toilet paper in the toilet. The There was no TV working during my stay for almost all the stay. They can to try to fix it, they spent 20mn with two person involved to conclude that there is no TV in the entire hotel due to provider. Not sure why they spent 20mn then! I asked to contact the manager, he never dare to show up. They don’t have at all the customer service mindset. Beside that the breakfast is average as well. The only good think is the location. But there are several good hotels in the area.

En la habitacion se presentaba un ruido con el aire acondicionado, ademas para salir del estacionamiento se tuvo problema al abrir la puerta, estuvimos como 10 min esperando. Falto una bata en la habitacion y una de ellas tenia el cordon descosido
