Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological parent - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel.
The Lobby and the restaurant are being refurbished, there will be alternate spaces where the services of these two places will be provided.

Muy buena ubicación
No había cafetera en la habitación y las paredes son bien delgadas (escuchabas a los vecinos)
El personal de recepción es extremadamente amable, así como el administrador del restaurante.
El desayuno rico aunque faltó variedad en cereales. La ubicación genial porque estás cerca a todo. La habitación es grande y cómoda. Yo pedí un cobertor adicional porque tenía frio y me lo llevaron rápidamente.
El personal de servicio del desayuno podría ser más cordial y ofrecer café.
En el baño solo dan una gorra de baño, yo pedí pantuflas y me las subieron pero no había en la habitación, como tampoco hay bata ni los amenities que suelen dar en hoteles de 5 estrellas.
Tampoco hay café ni té ni reponen el agua.
We had a well sized room with a nice view over the hills. It was in a great location (safe, easy to Uber to/from) with lots of good bars and restaurants in walking distance. Everything was clean and nicely finished and all the staff were great - helpful, welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was good and if weather is nice, the rooftop on the 9th floor was an excellent place to spend some time.
Very little. The only thing that we found strange was three separate staff members asked us to fill out online reviews - yet the system did not allow us to actually name the individuals. We had absolutely no complaints about the staff - in fact, the opposite as everyone was so nice and helpful - but at a hotel of this standard, that is what you do expect and you should not have to be filling out reviews every day.

The staff was super nice and helpful.
One of the best rated breakfast I ever had at a hotel.
The neighbors in the next room. They were arguing all night on our first night. This has nothing to do with the hotel. The staff was very understanding and ask if we wanted another room. We kept the room and there were no arguing any other nights :)
This only shows that the hotel staff was super service minded and helpful.
