Lugar perfecto en Cartagena de Indias
Pros:

Excelente atención, todos muy amables, lo recomendaría siempre.
Muy buen desayuno, completísimo!

Cons:

Sólo limpieza de la piscina, en la línea donde llega el agua, estaba manchado.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado e o atendimento primoroso, por toda a equipe.

Cons:

Como todo prédio antigo há escadas , então ,o acesso com mala complica, e as vezes, o funcionário da portaria é mulher e dificulta ajudar. Mas todos solícitos muitíssimo solícitos.
Cabe uma manutenção em algumas áreas.

Casa quero es insuperable, definitivamente volveremos
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, agradables y el personal siempre muy atento. Además la ubicación es insuperable.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado parecía tener una falla ya que aunque subiéramos o bajaramos la temperatura con el control remoto el cuarto igual siempre estaba muy frío.

Exceeded our expectations - strongly recommended!
Pros:

We were very lucky to find this wonderful place. The staff was super friendly and helpful (this included helping research day boat trips to the Rosario Islands), the place was charming and spotless, and the breakfasts were homemade and delicious.
Best of all:
1. Our room was cool and extremely quiet - wonderful after each day in the warm and busy city of Cartagena
2. Location - the historic center of town is beautiful and interesting, but can be bustling. Casa Quero is *perfectly* located: 1 1/2 quiet blocks from everything.
3. In addition to being friendly and helpful, the staff really went above and beyond: at the airport when we were leaving, we realized that we had taken our room key by mistake. They actually came and got the key, help we never would have expected!
Thank you for a great stay!

Small hotel in an excellent location with friendly staff
Pros:

The location is excellent—on a quiet street in the old city, yet close to everything. Our welcome felt a little rushed, but aside from that, all our interactions with the hotel staff were very positive. The breakfast staff, in particular, were wonderful and did their best to make everyone comfortable despite some challenges in the kitchen that day. Our room (a suite for three) was spacious and had all the basics, although there were no tea or coffee-making facilities. The patio was a nice feature and offered a good level of privacy.

Cons:

You can hear other guests if they are loud (we had two children in the room below us, which was noticeable), but there was no noise from nearby restaurants. The shower takes quite a while to get warm. Overall, it’s a nice, small hotel in a central location, close to everything.

Hermosa casa
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en el barrio San Diego del Centro Histórico, muy cerca de plazas, restaurantes y la vida nocturna de la ciudad. Es muy fácil desplazarse caminando, la zona es segura y el hotel también presta bicicletas. Lo mejor fue la comodidad de la habitación y la atención del personal, fueron muy amables y siempre prestos a ayudar. El desayuno es variado y rico. Nos gustó mucho todo.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, no tengo queja. La única observación es que la piscina tenía arena en el fondo, pero pudo ser porque llovió. Es un gran lugar, sin duda volvería.
