Its a nice well run hotel
With friendly and efficient staff good facilities such as the gym and swimming pool. The restaurant is really good and if you go for the buffet breakfast before the very enf it is bery good. Would have no problem staying here again

Hotel cold be fantastic but is just in a state of disrepair 50% of lights in room working cooker not working at all
staff not particularly friendly or service orientated

Royal Suites Kampala
Pros:

Stayed at Royal Suites for 3 nights. Some of the lights not working. Poor internet (when it worked).
I had to request shower gel every day after the previous tube was finished. Had to repeat request at least twice. No coffee / tea etc in the room for early morning - just a bare room (suite)
Food was terrible - they got the wrong order at breakfast and served almost the same meal every lunchtime - awful!!
Definitely will not stay there again despite the ridiculously huge bedroom and large living room

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer der besten Gegenden in Kampala.Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut geführt und sauber.Allerdings sind die Dinge, wie z.B. Whirlpool in der Suite, Bademantel, Schlappen und Balkon einfach dazugeschwindelt. Das ist schade, weil das Hotel dies eigentlich nicht nötig hätte. Wäre man hier bei der Wahrheit geblieben, hätte man keine Begehrlichkeiten geweckt. Denn in der Gesamtbeurteilung ist das Hotel empfehelnswert.
