Muy contenta en general.

Me gusta mucho la tranquilidad de esta zona y poder disfrutar de la piscina cubierta y el gimnasio.

Cons:

Es un punto negativo que solo hay dos lavadoras y una secadora para todo el hotel y que no exista una forma de regular su uso , hay que estar subiendo y bajando para saber si están libres, a veces hay que retirar la ropa de otras personas que se olvidan y es muy incómodo. Una app interna para poder regularizar el uso sería perfecto, además de una secadora más por lo menos .
La tv. del salón en mi apartamento es de mala calidad , yo no la uso mucho pero no se ve bien y el mando a distancia no funciona como debería.

Great Modern Clean Apartments with Nice Views at a reasonable price
Pros:

Great apartment with large corner balcony. Modern and extremely clean. WIFI is good and two TV's , one in lounge/Kitchen and the other in the bedroom. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Everything you need for a short or long term stay. Indoor pool great for an early morning swim when quiet and gym has all you need for a good workout during the winter nights. Bus to Santander outside and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Couple of bars/cafes and small supermarkets in walking distance. Extended my stay as the Hotel Apartamentos had everything I needed.

Con el frío que hace no es normal no tener calefacción. Ponen un split encima.de la puerta qye no se puede configurar y buscate la vida. hemos pasado frío las dos noches que hemos estado. Tuvimos que dormir vestidos. Ha sido una.experiencia horrible

Das Hotel an sich ist nicht schlecht, aber ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass es nachts keine Ruhe gibt. Kinder rennen und schreien bis 1 Uhr nachts. Ein Paar neben mir schlief fast den ganzen Tag und war nachts von 23 bis 1, 2 und 3 Uhr sehr aktiv und laut. Meine Beschwerde beim Hotelmanagement (nach zwei Wochen Aufenthalt) brachte nichts. Sie boten mir nicht einmal ein anderes Zimmer an! Ich hatte für zwei Monate gebucht, konnte aber nur einen Monat bleiben. Ich habe sowohl das Hotel als auch Booking.com wiederholt um Hilfe gebeten, musste meinen weiteren Aufenthalt aber stornieren! Ein oder zwei Nächte wären erträglich, aber nicht mehr!

Pros:

El apartamento está muy bien, todo limpio y cuidado. El personal muy educado sobre todo el responsable del restaurante. Las instalaciones muy bien. La cena muy buena, variada y bien cocinada.

Cons:

Lo único que me ha faltado es algún alimento caliente en el desayuno, Bacon, huevos revueltos,... pero estaba todo bueno.
