A Beautiful Alpine Stay with Some Disappointments
Pros:

The location was lovely, surrounded by the beautiful Alps! The hotel also offered wonderful amenities, including spa treatments, saunas, steam rooms, and a pool. The massage therapist was incredible, and I would highly recommend her. I believe her name was “Priga,” although I may have the spelling wrong. She was exceptional!

Cons:

The rooms across the hall appeared modern and updated, while my room felt noticeably older by comparison. The bathroom, sink, bed, and furniture were all dated. Given the clear difference in the condition and appearance of the rooms, I felt as though I had been given a lower-tier room.

I was also given a complimentary drink card that I unfortunately forgot to use during my stay. At checkout, I mentioned this and asked whether its value could simply be applied as a credit toward one of the drinks charged to my room. The most expensive drink I had was only €7, so I thought this was a reasonable request. The receptionist simply told me there was no way to do that, without offering any further explanation or alternative. I didn’t feel it was worth arguing over €7, but the lack of flexibility was disappointing.

Pros:

Alles, ons vierde verblijf bij Rita. Familiehotel met enkel gepassioneerde mensen, ook het personeel! Ontbijt ongeëvenaard! Locatie in het Ötztal kan niet beter, zalig om te fietsen. Alle soorten e-bikes gratis beschikbaar!

Впечатления остались исключительно положительные! Отель полностью оправдал наши ожидания и австрийские стандарты гостеприимства.

Огромное спасибо за внимание к деталям! Мы праздновали здесь День рождения сына, и утром на завтраке нас ждал потрясающий сюрприз — невероятно красивое праздничное оформление стола. Это было очень неожиданно, мило и создало настроение на весь день!

Ресторан отеля заслуживает высшей похвалы. Завтраки отличные, со свежей выпечкой и местными сырами. Но отдельный восторг — это ужин! Ужин из нескольких перемен блюд был просто шикарен. Каждое блюдо — шедевр как по вкусу, так и по подаче. Настоящий гастрономический праздник каждый вечер!

Номера просторные, идеально чистые. Традиционный уют в сочетании с современным комфортом.
Персонал невероятно вежливый, отзывчивый и внимательный к любым просьбам гостей.

Обязательно вернемся сюда снова!

Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, τοποθεσία τέλεια.

Cons:

Το βραδινό φαγητό, αν και ήταν ωραίο, είναι περιττό να περιέχει 8 - 10 πιάτα, θα ήταν υπεραρκετό μια ωραία σούπα + κανένα παραδοσιακό τυρολέζικο πιάτο, κατά την άποψη τη δική μου.
