Ne-a plăcut foarte mult șederea la Hotel Serles. Hotelul este curat, bine întreținut și amplasat într-o zonă liniștită, cu priveliști superbe spre munți. Personalul este foarte amabil și atent, mereu dispus să ajute. Mâncarea a fost gustoasă și variată, iar zona de spa a fost un mare plus după o zi activă. Atmosferă caldă, relaxantă, ideală pentru vacanță. Cu siguranță vom reveni.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Super freundliches Personal und die Hotelinhaber sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen war auch Spitzenklasse.... Kompliment an den Küchenchef....

En perle! Høj værdi for pengene.
Pros:

Fantastisk sted med skøn atmosfære! Kæmpe anbefaling - havde heldigvis mulighed for at blive en ekstra nat, det fortrød jeg ikke. Skøn værtinde, som tog varmt og muntert imod. Alt er i orden på stedet og maden er superlækker - tag endelig fuld pension. Jeg rejste med hund og det fungerede super overalt på stedet, også i restauranten. Kommer bestemt igen.

שלא היה מקרר בחדר. בחרנו חדר משפחתי שהוא כמו דירה ומקרר/מיני מטבחון לפחות רק לשתות קפה - היה ממש חסר שם

Le personnel est d'un grand professionnalisme, la chambre est grande et propre, le restaurant est de bonne qualité et le service à table encore irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec possibilité de commander toute forme d'omelette/oeuf cuisinés.

Pros:

Unser Urlaub im Hotel Serles war traumhaft. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Familie, die das Hotel führt, hat uns jeden Tag ein Lächeln gezaubert, viele Tipps für die Region gegeben und einfach einen super Job gemacht. Die Lage ist 1a, direkt an den Serlesbahnen gelegen. Mit der Stubai Super Card, die wir im Rahmen unseres Aufenthaltes bekommen haben, gingen uns die Aktivitäten in der Region nicht aus. Ein rundum erholsamer und gelungener Urlaub.

Cons:

Meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber beim Frühstücksbuffet hätten wir uns über Milchalternativen (Hafermilch z.B.) gefreut. Schade war auch, dass es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gab, aber den hätten wir vermutlich auch nur wenig genutzt.

Family run inn where they work extra hard to make sure that you have everything you need.
Pros:

Lots of areas to go have a seat-library, outdoor deck, and a kids playground and indoor playroom. Our room had a lovely deck looking at the mountains. And the meals were fantastic! Nice spa and pool area, spa services on weekends.

Cons:

That we had to leave.
