Surprinsă plăcut de calitatea serviciilor unui hotel de 3 stele
Pros:

Mi-a plăcut personalul, foarte bine pregatit( Iustin un băiat excepțional), curățenia, mirosul plăcut din cameră, apa curata de la piscină

Cons:

Nu am ce sa comentez, mi-a plăcut tot( la baie as sugera un suport pt pernuțele de dinți)

A fost un sejur scurt dar perfect. Cu siguranta vom mai reveni!
Pros:

Curatenia a fost 10/10, personalul super amabil, pot spune ca ne-au tratat imparateste, dar cel mai mult ne-a placut comfortul din camera, salteaua, perna totul a fost perfect am dormit ca in norisori.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel! Camerele au fost foarte curate, bine întreținute și confortabile. Se vede că se pune accent pe curățenie și atenția la detalii.

Mâncarea a fost gustoasă, proaspătă și bine pregătită, cu porții generoase. Atmosfera este una prietenoasă și relaxantă, iar personalul amabil și mereu dispus să ajute.

Recomand cu încredere acest hotel și cu siguranță voi reveni!

Pros:

Расположение гостиницы очень удачное, завтраки хорошие, а больше всего понравился персонал!

Cons:

Не понравилось, что полотенца не поменяли, так как после бассейна они были мокрые. Поменяли только полотенце для ног.

Totul la superlativ!!!
Pros:

Totul la superlativ, de la personal la mărimea camerelor și calitatea serviciilor, am fost în destul de multe hoteluri atât în țară cât și în străinătate însă cred că aici ne am simțit cel mai bine, mâncarea restaurantului excepțională, felicitări Hotel Hera!
