No recomiendo para una persona que le gusta la limpieza y el orden y el el

Limpieza instalaciones no concuerda con el precio , hay un precio en la carta y cobran otro o no capacitan al personal para dar bien la información , instalaciones del baño con goteros

Excelente lugar, pero deben cuidar mejor la limpieza profunda

Piscina temperada y el desayuno buffet variado

Cons:

El sauna estaba sucio a pesar del eucalipto se percibía un mal olor. Mi esposo y yo enfermamos fuertemente y pensamos que fue por eso.

Localisation ; la salle de sport et stockage des bagages avant check in de l'hôtel si nous sommes trop tôt

Pas d'informations sur l'organisation de l'hôtel ( utilisation de la piscine et salle de sport , pas d infos sur le wifi), mauvaise information sur l'heure du petit déjeuner.
Petit déjeuner assez restreint.
Propreté à revoir.
Chambre standard à éviter car aucune fenêtre depuis l'extérieur mais des fenêtres donnant accès à une cage extérieure commune de l'immeuble ( assez bizarre)

Todo excelente
Pros:

Tuve una excelente experiencia en el hotel, especialmente porque viajé sola. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, cómodas y están muy bien cuidadas, lo que hizo que mi estadía fuera muy agradable.

El desayuno estuvo muy completo y variado, con opciones para diferentes gustos y productos de buena calidad. También disfruté mucho de la piscina, un espacio ideal para relajarse y desconectarse.

Pros:

Muy buen servicio en general. Nos tocó una pieza muy grande y cómoda, la piscina temperada estaba increíble y lo mejor de todo es que a 20 metros hay un oxxo donde se puede comprar toda la noche.

What a relaxing stay
Pros:

I loved having the Spa there...Especially after the Happy Hour the night before!!
The breakfast..Would have loved some bacon or sausage but I know that is costly.
Overall pretty good tho

Very supportive staff, delicious + very varied breakfast buffet, gym/sauna/steam saina/whirlpool available - sauna ought to be reserved in advance (so that it's a private experience)
Next to a bus stop that takes you into the historic center or Miraflores/Barranco (each approx 45min ride due to heavy traffic)

Cons:

Extremely stuffy rooms (the "windows" are to a narrow courtyard full of ACs and on the 11th floor there's a grid in the ceiling that opens into the seminar room above i.e. indoors) - no/hardly any fresh air,
Furniture pretty dated and used
