La buena disposición de todo el personal para hacer agradable tu estancia. La variedad y exquisitez del menú, los platos deliciosos y muy bien presentados. En una ocasión, llegamos un poco tarde al almuerzo y el restaurante estaba lleno, pero nos ofrecieron la opción de acomodarnos en las mesas al lado de la piscina y nos pareció una experiencia aún más agradable.
No podría puntualizar algo en especial, quedamos muy contentos con la instancia. Volveremos, sin duda.
Ya nos hemos hospedado muchas veces en este Hotel, y nos encanta todo. El personal siempre es muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno, la piscina y sauna excelente.
Un bon jacuzzi, une petite piscine, le petit déjeuner normal. Les chambres sont défraîchies, mais les lits confortables. Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné.

Esa bañera tan grande en la habitación, POR FAVOR REZA EL DICHO. "RENOVARSE O MORIR"....caso contrario a este hotel le sobran 2 estrellas...
La ubicación
El joven de la recepción no nos oriento de los servicios que tenía el hotel, las almohadas eran muy incómodas

The room had 2 windows that looked into a small rectangular space, 0 natural light was coming in. The staff was always watching you and it felt strange. The pillows were giant and hard, and the bed wasn't comfortable at all. I got no sleep.

Al rotar tanto el personal, una de las recepcionistas pensó que yo era una tercera en la habitación 🫤 y quería que volviera a pagar, no me reconoció que la alojada ( un poco desagradable la confusión)
Las almohadas incómoda
Las toallas ya están un poco de color plomo y se nota feo al querer secarse
Por último tomé una suite con jacuzzi, muy rico pero el baño muy pequeño, con suerte caía yo dentro...
La habitación muy cómoda, la piscina estaba con agua calientita, el sauna excelente, el desayuno rico.
No me gustó que al salir de la piscina se pasa por el restaurant
