A lovely break with everything so close to hand
Pros:

The Esplanade is a quaint old hotel. It is right opposite the wharf and in the centre of the village. Great walks and shopping. Cafes and restaurants so close. Great friendly service. Comfortable room. Fantastic shower pressure. Nice view from the room

Cons:

Couldn’t unlock the door to get onto the balcony .

Pros:

Quirky hotel set on the waterfront in Devonport. Opposite the ferry terminal - near all the cafes and restaurants with a supermarket within walking distance.
There is free parking near the hotel - space to unload bags in front.

Dated charm and fabulous location!
Pros:

It was looking a bit tired but with great character. The girl in the bar was fabulous helping us out with many aspects of our stay!

Cons:

In a perfect world the tap would needed tightening and the room would benefit from being refurbished.
