Excellent stay at a beautiful location overlooking the caldera. Sunsets are phenomenal.
Pros:

Staff was very kind and accommodating and the view cannot be beat. We liked being in a quieter area. Staff was easily able to assist with booking tours even at the last minute.

Cons:

Not a concern for us however there are a lot of stairs going anywhere on the property and they are not all even. Infinity pool was cold and we're chickens!

Luxury hotel with an incredible view
Pros:

The location was amazing and the staff super nice. The sunset view from the room balcony or the swimming pool was fantastic.

Cons:

They should have a shade or a privacy solution in the window between the bedroom and the bathroom. Also, the idea of having the breakfast at your room balcony is amazing but the staff should be more attentive to what the customers ordered. It is not a deal breaker by any means but for this level of excellence it can be a little bit annoying.

Breathtaking experience and a vacation we will never forget!
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous!

Lots of steps up and down but you get allot of exercise!
If you have knee problems I would not recommend.. but the suites are beautiful, the food , fine dining exceptional !The sunsets were breathtaking!

Cons:

Lots of steps , if you have any disability with walking I would not recommend.
