Fantástico hotel
Pros:

La habitación super limpia, muy bien acondicionada. El agua de la ducha sale calentita constantemente. Si volvemos a Valladolid volveremos a este hotel.

100% unreliable, not to be trusted.

Cons:

Staff left before closing hour, we called 8 times before the supposed closing hour, but no one was there anymore. We were left with no chance to check in. No money back. Don’t trust this.
