Agradável
Pros:

O espaço é moderno e bem cuidado. Claramente que o ponto de maior destaque é a simpatia e amabilidade de todos os funcionários da recepção.
A suíte era bastante confortável e com uma excelente área.
Tínhamos o sabonete de mãos partido na casa de banho e o mesmo foi imediatamente substituído assim que avisei.

Cons:

É difícil regular a temperatura do espaço, o ar condicionado nunca está desligado e apesar de ser inverno o calor do edifício era excessivo.
Não faz sentido que reservando uma suíte com cozinha nos seja dito no check-in que a limpeza de cozinha tem um custo adicional de 30€, além disso a cozinha tem pouquíssimos utensílios pelo que uma melhoria neste ponto não estaria mal.
O hotel tem um aviso dizendo que não se trocam toalhas e lençóis diariamente por questões ambientais, o que acho muito bem. Mas numa estadia de 3 noites deveriam ser trocadas as toalhas de banho pelo menos 1 vez (e não foram).

Cons:

No hay ni una sola fuente ni bandeja y estaría bien unos mínimos papel de cocina, sal....que bien que dejan en la nevera las bebidas con el precio.
Las sartenes muy sucias,si la gente es guarra,por lo menos que luego vigilen esas cosas,tuvimos que fregarlo todo.

Muy bien cuidado y espacioso
Pros:

Muy amplio y muy equipado. Aislado de ruidos excepcionalmente. Parada de autobús muy cerca que lleva hasta el centro.

Cons:

Los colchones aun estando bien, no eran muy cómodos para mi gusto.
