Clean nice hotel. Rooms a little small. Parking was $19 Euro for 24 hrs.

Excellent location idea for transport to and from airport and around the city tip is to buy a multi train / underground and tram ticket for 48/72 hours excellent value for money best city transportation city I have experienced

Clean, very accessible to transportation, stores, and food. Hotel was clean, excellent customer service and beautiful ambiance.

If your goal is to be close to a metro station then this is a great option. However, if you have luggage, there is literally no room for it in these rooms. Nowhere to unpack, nowhere to put your suit cases, just a few hangers but no drawers or shelves or space. Also worth noting, this was the only hotel on my 4 city trip without a coffee maker in the room.
The hotel is directly next to the metro station though which was quite handy and there are plenty of stores and restaurants close by.

Everything was good except they did not have much facility for English speaking guests aspecially TV

°Slow check in as only one person at the desk and a queue formed.
° Very nice, comfortable and very clean room.
° I would like to have seen tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
° I thought breakfast was very expensive, especially as no hot food.
° Staff very polite.

Very easy location next to train station. Worked for a decently priced quick stop to Vienna. Used the subway to get to the sights.

The rooms were clean and modern, and the hotel itself was the same! Luggage storage is available in the hotel as well which was helpful for me when my flight for in very early. The underground is right across the street from the hotel so it is very convenient to get anywhere in the city. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice well kept hotel in a great location. So easy to get around from here. The room was a bit small. No proper closet or dresser to put things away. No bar fridge. But the room feels cosy and has nice art. Everything is clean and works.

Super convenient as you get off the train at the WestBahn station. Clean and comfortable. Quick check-in. Quiet room.
